Hidden gem that should not be missed! The quality and variety of baked goods is fabulous. I love her grab & go options for quick dinners when you don't want something from the grocery store or the drive thru. Amazing quality, creativity, and attention to detail. This place is now going to be part of my regular routine!

Located on the back side of a nondescript shopping village next to a pet grooming salon., the cute storefront is deceiving.Do not come here for the ambiance or expectations of a place to eat lunch. The tiny store has barely enough room for two people. The lion's share of space is for baking. But none of that is critical to me. The Lady Baker is as serious as a heart attack about her products. I came for the food—she makes everything from scratch. My take home was delicious! A hearty Ham, cheese slider, and a meatloaf slider on soft buns. I also picked up a chicken pot pie for two; larger ones are available. I think the baker lady has a good head for business-selling ready-made meals,As for other bakery items, there are cookies in one case and dinners in a refrigerated case. Fresh bread and other pastry goods are baked on the premises—fresh bread on Fridays. This place was my holy grail of the year—Cobb's best-kept secret.

Please visit this wonderful bakery! Nancy and Kristen are wonderful, friendly, kind, and caring. The scent of yummy goodies, when you first walk in and throughout the fun visit, is absolutely delightful. These artists are very talented! Pretzels, pumpkin and blueberry bread, cookies of all kinds, cinnamon rolls and chocolate croissants, enchiladas and chicken salad, pimento cheeses and chicken pot pie too!

Really friendly staff. I haven't tried their food yet because I just found them, but their cookies are very good.

This is a half order of the veal Parmesan! ?? It was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! ? I loved it SOOO much, I went back the very next day to buy another veal. ? I also scored a beef stew, cheese pizza, poppy seed chicken, and sourdough loaf. WOW - it was all so fresh & tasty… just AMAZING!!! ?My husband, 3 year old, and I ate like kings all weekend, ?? which was a God send because I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t have to grocery shop or cook! Thank u sooo much Fat Lady Baker for helping me feed my family delicious food! ❤️See u on Tuesday for more yummy meals!!! ?

Oh that we lived closer!! Best baked goods in the greater Atlanta area, so far. We haven't tried too many bakeries as we try to keep our pastry consumption to a minimum but if we are ever in the area in this place is open we try to get something from this amazing shop. Not much of a storefront as she does a lot of orders but my goodness are the pies incredible. They say you should never trust a skinny chef, but you can always trust the Fat Lady Baker !

Nancy makes the best $10 pizza you will ever eat. The cheese is more flavorful than any I've ever had. She's a breadmaker and the crust is a universe above the usual delivery fare. Try one! Better yet, try many!! You can thank me later...

Love the bakery! Ladies there are nice and giving great advice. Tried the chicken pot pie, cookies, chocolate croissant and Danish. It was all delicious. Love the baguette as well and Italian bread. Used the bread to make French toast and it was the best! Prices are reasonable for quality. Service can’t be beat. They offered me a cookie for my first time and texted us when baguettes were ready for pick up!

Great neighborhood place to go if you’re tired of subpar takeout food. Fat Lady Baker is always fresh. They use good quality ingredients, and prices are reasonable. So if you don’t know what to cook but you don’t want any of that bad takeout food that restaurants have been serving, try this place. Chicken pot pie is excellent. Their breads are great and rival any bakery in the area. But my all-time favorite are there awesome peanut butter cookies!

Got a chicken pot pie and beef stroganoff. The pie was all gravy - and tasteless. Maybe the was a half of chicken breast in the entire thing g and just a few peas and corn. No taste - all gooey flour. The meat in the stroganoff was inedible. The noodles were way gooey. Waste of $45. So do not recommend.

I stopped in today to get a pot pie; left with bangers and mash and chicken salad. The bangers and mash was one of the most delicious dishes I’ve ever had! The chicken salad was perfect; lots of chicken, not too much mayonnaise and the perfect amount of grapes and nuts!

Almost hesitant to review this fantastic bakery, just to ward off competition!! New to East Cobb, we stumbled upon this bakery and have been loving their sourdough and Italian bread. The ham and cheese croissant was DELICIOUS. The Cheese Danish filling was too sweet for me, though the pastry itself was good.Parking lot right outside. Would recommend calling to see what they have before making a trip - they have been short staffed (no exception in current times) and have been running out of items rather quickly.Cash preferred though they do accept credit. Will be coming regularly for the bread and pastries!!
