Really disappointed in the cookie cake I picked up yesterday. GAC once had the best cookie cakes but not anymore. The cake was much thinner and dry. The cookie cakes from Publix are far better. I cannot recommend GAC anymore.

I made an online order scheduled to pick up the next day. It was super easy, and the cheesecake brownies were fresh, the establishment was clean, staff was welcoming and friendly. Would recommend this location ???

Um, no. This picture is worth a thousand words. While very tasty (hence two and not one star), the single scoop in the attachment cost me $5.29. Let me repeat myself: $5.29. This is a "Kids Cup". Basically 3-4 bites of ice cream. While I could have asked for prices before ordering, they could EASILY post them, which ice cream parlors seem to do. There's a reason they do not: Simply put this is highway robbery.

The few times I've been there, it's always been great. I heavily advise against having the red velvet flavor (it's actually disgusting) but the birthday cake flavor is absolutely amazing. Like the best I've ever had, especially with cookie dough and graham cracker topping.

From placing the order to pick up, we had a great experience! The staff was very friendly with us, especially sweet to my little girl who kept changing her mind. They were all patient and smiling. We ordered ice cream and a cookie cake. The cake was done exactly as we requested and tasted great. Overall it was a really wonderful experience and I would definitely order from here again.

The cooler drinks smell horrible even after 2 years! Seems like the cooler is contaminated and they need a new one. Crazy thing is I went there 2 years ago and it still the same issue.
The WORST and most rude service I have received in a long long time. Not worthy of being in business. Thank goodness for Crumbl and Ali's!! STAY AWAY from this merchant!

Where has Mrs. Fields gone? Why has she left us with Great American Crooked company?? (Okay that's dramatic on my part).I can't remember the last time I've been dis gus ted at a snack or dessert. This might be a parent company issue but the recipe for the brownies are god awful. Mostly taste like blocks of sugar and some other random flavor chemicals. I know it's all artificial nonsense to give you the threat of diabetes, but come on. The taste is just ridiculous. I got the cheesecake, chocolate fudge and red velvet flavors. I truly regret not taking a few extra steps and just getting some Tollhouse cookies, Pillsbury Cinnabon cinnamon rolls, or Betty Crocker brownies at a grocery store and just making something sweet at home. They would have been 100x better than those brownies. Buy 3 get 1 free, just to be thrown in the trash. Yikes.

I drove to this place because the website said it closed at 8:00 pm, I was there at 7:38pm and the door was already closed with the sign saying closed so i asked someone and she confirmed it was closed!

I ordered a cookie cake from here for my son's birthday party. I ordered online which was super convenient and easy. I had a very specific theme for the cake that was a little unorthodox and they knocked it out of the park. The cake decorator here is very good at what she does and the cake was delicious. They further delivered with a pick up a little earlier than I originally asked. 10/10 experience. Thanks so much! I'll definitely be back.
