Rude. Ordered $55 worth of pizza and did not feel welcome walking into the pizzeria. Being in the business for many years the customer was king. Not here I guess. Pizza was good but goes hand in hand with being cordial

So I called and ordered delivery, I asked the person do you have any specials? She said yes we have a large three topping pizza for $16. OK so I ordered it. When the dude shut up my driveway he wanted $21.50?? That was not the price that was quoted to me over the phone. I was fair and was prepared to give him a $3.50 tip. But when it came in at almost 5 dollars more than I was quoted, I was only able to give him $1.50 tip.Thats $23.50 for a $16 special pizza i was quoted? There needs to be some real transparency, another words we need to know exactly what the pizza cost every time we order, and if Jets adds a delivery charge, it needs to be stated! I'm not so sure if that's what happened, but whatever I will no longer order anything delivered again!Gave them one last chance on a New York style pizza! Are you freaking kidding me? They actually burned it! this place is got to go away I will never ever! Order a pizza from these idiots again!! yes

Have had fabulous service from jet's Pizza for the previous five years however tonight I ordered online at a non-peak time approximately 3:30 p.m. 70 minutes later my pizza had not arrived. A telephone the store and spoke to a nice young lady who said she would replace my online order she did to have my order in front of her but we would resubmit it however the price was more expensive so she put me through to what I assume are who I assume was a manager.. this woman stated that I would need to pay the increase price as it was an order from the store as opposed to online when I tried to get clarification about this absurd situation she told me to have a great day and hung up the phone.
2nd time ordering pizza delivery. 1st time was hot and delicious! Today, naw, it would only be colder if it was in the refrigerator disappointed to pay almost $30 for pizza that's hardly better than frozen.

I love jets pizza, we order often… But will never come to this particular location again… They screwed up the order in a very, very big way, and we’re frankly just kind of rude… Won’t be back here ever again!
