The young man who took my order over phone was professional. After looking at my order before leaving the store. I notice the pepperoni was over cooked. The manager on duty was rude instead of apologizing she got an attitude bc I asked for a discount. Do better Jets too many pizza places in this area to be treating customers like this. Hoping next time I can give you all a 5 star review.

I frequently order pizza from Jet's for my kids, but today's order was disappointing. The pizza arrived with what looked like cornmeal sprinkled over it and no seal on the box, which was concerning. When I contacted them, I was told they were out of seals or tape. Furthermore, when I mentioned that the pizza appeared overcooked, the response was dismissive, with the explanation that it was baked in the same oven as usual. I value accountability and was disappointed by the lack thereof. Despite receiving a $5 credit for the burnt pizza, the overall experience left me disheartened. There was no apology or ownership taken for the mistake. Regrettably, unless there is a significant improvement in service, I will not be a returning customer.

Placed order 7:30pm online. Quoted 25 min. Arrived at store 7:45 to pay for order. Told they haven’t started yet. It will be 10 min. Ran some errands came back 8:25…still not ready they hadn’t started order. Finally received order at 8:40. Staff didn’t even offer to comp the order or offer anything. Horrible service. Avoid at all costs. Plenty of other pizza options.
Wanted to try the Detroit style, but they didn't have the crust for it. But the pizza I did get was good . Carry out only.

On Wednesday, November 15th, the person in charge of the night shift exhibited terrible customer service at the establishment. The tall, skinny guy had a dreadful demeanor—unpleasant facial expressions, a bad attitude, and a rude tone. It seemed like he despised his job and the world. It's disappointing to encounter such behavior, especially in customer service roles. We won't be returning to that location.

Excellent delivery experience & wonderful deep dish pizza. The crust is thick, crunchy & tasty. We got the pepperoni & sausage & the topping were fresh & tasty. Used the auto AI when I called & got $2 off the order. I think we got small deep dish w/pepperoni & sausage for ~$20, excellent value for the money. My only complaint is that we called the Delk road location & they used door dash to deliver our pizza & when we made a subsequent call we were told that the Sandy Springs location was the delivery place for our address & we even asked the first time we called if they delivered to our area. A small complaint but we got our pizza hot & fresh each time so not a huge deal. Highly recommend if your in the mood for a real deep dish pizza!
