Even though they have self order station, cashier was willing and able to take orders and that was much faster than us doing it for the first time. I have not been to the Big Chicken in years but I can honestly say it has not changed it is a one place where customer service is still amazing they keep it immaculate and it takes you back for a little while how things used to be when people cared about their customers. The cashier was incredibly nice and helpful and the manager I can't remember her name she was a black woman was incredible she greeted her customers she took pride in what she fed them. If every restaurant operated like they did maybe Revenue wouldn't be down a lot of placesKid-friendliness: The mac and cheese was amazing my grandson ate two portions

My chicken box broke from the bottom chicken waisted on floor . Took it back and I feel they just refried chicken I brought back it had a funny taste to it like dirty grease and soggy texture over cooked on one side this was original chicken . Box was not secured properly and when I brought it back because I was already home I received no apology and straight non chelant attitude . Like they didn't even care at all . I had been hungry all day finally wanted a good meal and experienced this. Never again ?? For this to be the big chicken I expected more.

This place is gross. Dirty floors, tables, restroom. Self service screens with no paper receipts. No ice on self service machines. Have to order a specific drink at the screen but then handed a cup. Lots of employees in the back but no one at the counter till they hand you a tray. No one cleaning this dirty place. Paid 34 bucks for awful experience. Never again.
My husband and I went through the drive thru last night and was greeted with the kindest fast food worker we have ever came across. Antonio was super friendly, asked every question to make sure we wouldn’t forget anything like condiments. When we got to the window he greeted us with the biggest smile. We told him we loved the 5 Star customer service he provided. That man needs to become a trainer for KFC and get a big raise he was amazing. Thank you Antonio for making our day.

My son and I arrived at about 1:10PM on a Saturday. Had about 10 people waiting for food in front of us as we were ordering. We ordered 2 #9’s with no pickles. Our food did not come out of the kitchen until 2:00pm on the dot. Both of our sandwiches came with pickles on them. The sandwiches were hot and my fries were hot. My sons fries were okay, but not that hot or crunchy. One of the two drink machines was out of ice. The nuggets with our meal were luke warm at best. When our food came out after I ordered for dine in, I was shocked to see it all slapped in a to go bag. Whom I can only imagine was the Manager on duty deliver our food directly to our table and proceeded to tell me “ sorry, it’s not my fault that they didn’t make the patties for the sandwiches”. As a former shift manager at zaxbys when I was high school, I find it highly unnecessary to bring your kitchen problems into my dining experience. We experienced the big chicken once but, never again. Families were grateful that I told them how long we had been waiting as they turned around and took their families to dine elsewhere.
