Please stay away from this paleteria. There’s so many BETTER places than here, the workers are some bratty teens with attitude and are rude. The ice cream is good but the snarky workers are the main reason we avoid this spot today definitely did it I found a bug in my ice cream. We were sitting outside but this isn’t a bug that had flown onto my ice cream it was stuck hard to a piece of the ice cream. I explained the situation and the rude bratty girl was like “well what do you want me to do about it” I told her I’d like a refund keep in mind it was 2 scoops of ice cream and I wasn’t even done with the first scoop when I found the bug. She laughed and was very snarky saying why would she issue a refund for something that was being ate already. We ended up leaving, the owner just stared and didn’t offer assistance or anything. Literally the worst place we usually go to the one in Austell everyone there is friendly including the young girls that work there!

So.... I was in this Big Lot plaza while I was waiting for my breaks to be installed and stumbled on this Mexican dessert shop. My neighbors are Hispanic so I've been blessed to have variety next door.... Now I have it down the street. They have delicious Mexican street corn, ice cream, sandwiches, nachos, etc. I don't speak Spanish but they have all the Mexican desserts you n ask for. If you're in Austell you definitely need to check them out.

I recommend to stay away from this place as it lacks flavor in the food plus the workers are rude and the owner has such an attitude when something is wrong, the restaurant itself is a bad location, inside we dont speak about, the air feels stuffy and just feels dirty, im suprised the inspectors hasnt closed down there establishment, food is overpriced and overall just a horrible place to go.

Is expensive but worth it only in some foods. They are adding chocomilk to the smoothies now to save on fruit.Also they are committing theft by taking, they round up your bill without telling you and unless you ask for your receipt, where you can see exactly how much was the food, they keep your change to the nearest dollar, o sea ROBO con engaño. Pide tu recibo.
