Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I told my daughter to go and ask for a box because we didn’t finish our food the lady handed her a small box and my daughter told her we needed a bigger one the lady had an attitude and rolled her eyes at her. When I asked to speak to a manager about the experience they both laughed at me. I asked them what was funny? And that she should not be treating a child that way. I didn’t get an apology or anything the so called manager walked away and left me talking to the lady that was rude to my daughter. I asked her if she thought it was okay to act like that towards other people. I resolved nothing, no apology no I’m sorry I didn’t mean to.

Very bad service, I ordered some tripe tacos and they hardly put anything in, I told them and they didn't do anything, I had to eat like that apart from being tasteless and costing more than 4 dls. I don't mind paying the price, but better service and flavor.

Ordered through Uber eats and my one of my meals was missing, not on the receipt so it wasn’t uber driver. The food wasn’t good, it was thrown all together. No salsa, no napkins, nothing.

We have eaten before at this location, and the food and horchata water had been on point. I suppose they have a new cook, I asked for the giant chicken flautas, and the chicken did not have any flavor. I got the horchata water, and it was not flavorful as before, I also ordered a consome and it had flavor but a tiny piece of meat in it. The place was 85% clean, and there were tables that needed to be cleaned. If we go back, no more flautas for me.

I called 20 minutes ahead to order, got there & they didn't put the order in till I paid so had to wait another 20 minutes, really dissapointing.
I ordered 3 carnitas tacos and a side of rice and beans today and I was very disappointed. the rice was old and crunchy and the beans tasted spoiled the meat also tasted old. this place used to be good and fresh but I think after the Covid lockdown it lost its quality. I feel like I wasted my money because I didn't eat the food

This place is authentic Mexican food but it’s unsanitary. I got sick eating there. I got the chicken nachos. The chicken was good , as for the chips they were burnt and looked burnt orange. The queso was the worse of it all. The cheese was so watered down that it didn’t even taste like cheese. I mean I’m sure they make a lot of money so why…. Why water down queso. Oh yeah I almost forgot the cashier was so rude I was on my phone asking my boyfriend if he wanted anything from there well she got frustrated having to wait for me to finish that she went to the back pulled out her little cart of Salsas for the Salsa bar and took her time refill the bar. I felt like I bothered her or she got annoyed with me. I don’t understand why she would be like that. Is it because I speak English and Spanish she also rolled her eyes when I was ordering I mean I felt like I was wasting her time. I was man but I thought whatever as long as the food is good. It was disappointing all the way around.

The service has gone downhill tremendously, came in and the women taking my order were using extremely vulgar language amongst each other. I was shocked to hear racial and homophobic slurs being thrown so carelessly in a family oriented environment, it's important for the employees to realize you never know who is bilingual and listening. I've reached out to management only to be told that if I don't like it then don't go back
