Watch out for this rude it. Great food when it’s hot. Then tonight cold food for my wife hour later, no ketchup or blue dressing as the lady next to me didn’t get dressing for salad either I had to get help for the lady next to me getting dressing and I never received service after that . the one manager lady was apologizing but words don’t do much. Then I had to pay for it as well wow . Cold food even after tipping them which I should have not done but I’m good person shame on me. Still get my order wrong every time.

Used to love coming here, but waited 30+ minutes on a Tuesday for a burger and salad, and then another 40+ minutes for the check. Literally arrived at 4:55 and didn't leave until 6:15. Not sure we'll be back any time soon. Chicken Tortilla salad was good, Tavern burger was ordinary.

Smallest pours I have ever had in my life. I thought it was a joke when I watched them make the drinks. But there was no “just kidding” just some weak weak drinks. Marlow would be ashamed.

The changed recipes for the fries which was disappointing and the nacho plate could use some changes.
We ordered online to go...when we got there we had a few minutes to eat on the patio. The manager and wait staff were so kind to my wife and daughter. Food was great, Thank you so much Marlow's!!!

Worst service. Waited an hr for food that's was served cold, under cooked fish, oversalted broccoli to the point it couldn't be eaten, wrong dressing on salad, etc. Won't be back. Tried to dinner in but took too long so took in go packaging instead. When i write undercooked fish, it was still cold inside the fish from being refrigerated, not cooked through, parts of fish still raw. Only positive was the asparagus fries were consistent. HALF the restaurant empty and hostess turning away customers telling them 10-15 minute wait with empty, tables with places set. This chain has gone down hill badly.
