While it takes awhile to get your food - it's delicious. The employees looked short staffed today. They should unionize so that management gets more workers and better pay and hours.The lady at the counter was VERY pleasant even though she was very busy.Workers are the backbone of the country not their corporate overlords.Thanks staff for being amazing!

Had fuzzy mold on my biscuit. Brought the biscuit back and was told that it is not mold, although the spots were fuzzy and blue. Regardless what I was told, it was not appealing and made me sick. Manager was not helpful or empathetic. Horrible experience. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

Martins is a staple in the community- no complaints about this location.Staff are well groomed & friendly.Order came out correct and no complaints.My only complaint is about the portion of a side of bacon, which should have included one more strip of bacon or more for the price but it was still good.
Chili slaw dog, less than average. Onion rings too greasy. Tea was syrup it was soo sweet I had to ask for unsweetened to mix in. Way over priced for this poor quality.

My first experience here yesterday was absolutely wonderful. The staff (two ladies at the drive thru window Saturday morning 11/4/23 at 7AM had outstanding customer service) was so helpful exceptional client services being that I was a new customer. One even stop to help go over menu items before clocking in. They were super friendly, my breakfast chicken sandwich was amazing not dry like most places and they took good care of us the whole time we were there. I even came back once leaving the DMV 1 hour later to grab my family some food to try.Client service and the chicken sandwich sold me. I’ll be back!

Waited in the drive through line about 30 minutes. Couldn’t hear anything out of the intercom. This location is beyond being nothing but suuuuuuper slooooow. It’s my fault though for waiting, but I highly recommend going somewhere else if you don’t want to sit through what I just did.

Well I go to work early in the am so I was glad to hear it opens at 5. Well it doesn’t. I came yesterday and all the workers were standing outside they said their manager wasn’t there and they left. I waited as long as I could. Left with no food no service. Now I’m sitting in the drive thru at 5:30 am no one has said a word to me. Doors still locked on the store. This is ridiculous. I’m sitting here have been here since 5:05 am Car off in the drive thru curious how long I’ll wait. I understand u have to open and what not. Don’t advertise 5 am if you’re not open at 5.
