My favorite salad spot! They’re always super busy so please check your bag for pickup because you may be missing something! Another thing I got the pecan berry salad multiple time and did not receive the raspberry dressing that goes with it, I wasn’t sure if this particular location did not know how to make it or what!
Great service great food great people. If you want a really fresh and friendly sandwich or soup this is your stop!

McAlister location in Marietta is top-notch! The staff is professional and helpful. The food is well-seasoned, tasty, and prepared with care. Positive atmosphere. Clean and up to standard! The "Club sandwich" is delicious! Music in the background will put you in a happy mood.?I will return to this McAlister location for another good dining experience.Parking: The parking is sometimes congested. Be alert during high traffic times, esp. during lunch hours.

Terrible customer service waited over 30 minutes for my food. Hair on my plate and the plate had old food stains. Disgusting

What on earth happened to this place over the past year. You first walk in. There are angry customers that have to go orders, not ready in time, and don’t done correctly. Then other customers order full sandwiches and receive half sandwiches. If you are in a party of even two, your orders won’t come out at the same time. Finally, they RAN OUT OF CHICKEN! Really…? And they don’t even wipe the tables after people leave, just pick up plates. Gross. Then finally with all these unhappy customers, management is sitting in the corner during the busiest time of day, lunchtime not handling any of the problems.

Don't get the rueben sandwich. They clearly don't know what makes a rueben. Cold. Bread not grilled and wheat. Wheat bread! What? No cheese. Just a teaspoon of saurkraut. Just don't.
I came here with my employees for lunch but it seems that we will never come back since it takes over 30 minutes to get your food and we watched multiple tables that came in after us get served. Every time I asked what's going on I get told they are working on it as they continue serving the tables that came in 15+ minutes after us. Hands down will never return to this location.

The service was good. Staff was polite and the dining room was clean. It was also not busy. It took too long to get the food. When I got my soup, it was not hot. It was lukewarm. For the price paid, I feel the soup should be hot. But it should not take 20 minutes to make a sandwich when there are only 3 people waiting in line.

Late evening stop from the hospital with quick service and good food. Needed something after our visit to the hospital next door. Easy on and easy out at 825pm. Ordered a sandwich and soup to go. Fresh and quick. Will definitely repeat when back in area.
