Terrible. Don’t waste your time. You’ll wait forever to get good that is hard or cold. Had to drive back to return a rock hard biscuit and cold hash brown. No apologies. Rude manager. Never received a receipt. Wouldn’t refund me for the drink part of combo. Hilarious how bad this customer service is. Hire better!

Sat down and used the mobile app for table service. Instead of bringing to the table they just called our name and table number. Pretty sure that is not what table service means.

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR DRIVE THRU ORDER. They mess up too often here and it is slower than a month of Sundays. I finally told my kids I’ll never go to this McDonalds again.UPDATE tried to buy my dog some Mcdoubles...6 minutes in the drive thru without a car moving. Beyond the worst drive through.ANOTHER UPDATE 12-14-23 took my daughter. Ordered through the app at 7:55pm.Got the food at 8:20pm.Terrible would be an improvement. I’ll do it again in a few months and see ?

The service bus was absolutely terrible!! The young lady who brought the order out to the lady and the manager on duty were both terrible. The lady said she had a receipt for a large and instead of them checking her receipt or trying to hear her concern the first young lady sat the order down and walked away. The manager dismissed the customer as well. This is NOT customer service!! Their attitudes were rude and dismissive. They both do not need to work in customer facing environments because the situation was totally avoidable! Terrible experience! Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs
