I had a horrible experience here. I waited for 15 minutes in drive thru to order the food and no one took the order, I went ahead to see if there was some one in payment counter and no one was there , waited for 5 minutes and went to the delivery counter. A LADY SCREEMED OUT 25 DOLLAR and iam like I didn't order yet, she yelled at me saying I don't take order and smashed her counter door and than she opens again and says go back and wait if you want something and if you can't order go home it's not my job to get order for you. I quickly accelerated out.I can't say atleast here what she said next......

I have been going here for over a year. People have been amazing, Food has been the best, and the atmosphere is always welcoming and happy. I always feel at home when i go to this one in particular. I hope all McDonalds strive to improve and become like this one.Wheelchair accessibility: There are 3 Disability parking spots directly at the front door. These spots have lines painted beside them that prevent other parking, but it allows for wheelchair safety. Never have I seen this at any other place before. However, it seems that delivery drivers and other people keep using them when they don't have disabilities. This needs to be addressed.
Man I know it's mostly very young people who work here and it's probably their first job but when someone literally only orders fries, you would think they would be fresh, right? Nupe. Then when you say, "hey would you mind getting me fresh ones? These are actually really cold and this is the only thing I ordered." You'd think they'd get you fresh one then, right? Nupe again. This dude literally turned around and brought me the SAME EXACT fries back out... I don't know if he thought I wasn't going to check or just accept this disrespect but my guy was not about to get me. Please do better, sir.

Some fast food stores have really gone down hill. This McDonald’s still gives service with some class. They keep the traffic moving in the drive up line and people are courteous.Dietary restrictions: I would like it if they had a healthier alternative to french fries. But their french fries are good.

Omg omg omg, I just got back from this mocdonalds location off of Sandy plains and post oak tritt road and holy moly y’all it was amazing. I ordered the bacon quarter pounder meals with a regular fry and a sweet tea. And wowza I can’t even fathom. Highly recommend this location. The bacon was so crispy and the cheese was soo gooey. The onions out on just right. Oh soo good. Ok thank you!Kid-friendliness: Awesome
