Very rude they over charged me on my order then made my order completely wrong i tried to call an nobody answered the phone the number on the receipt was incorrect to the store I had to google them to get a correct number and no one answered like this experience was the worst customer service experience like really I really want my money back but don’t even know how too because I can’t even talk to a manager this is sick

Nothing like picking up your food and a German roach popping up on the counter to say what's up! I knew I didn't need to get fast food guess the universe was looking out for me because I lost my appetite and gave my food to a homeless person. Never again ??

Ordered two sandwiches through GrubHub and a coffee they only sent the coffee. I tried to call the store they have the wrong number posted on the site.
The worker was not friendly at all. She didn't talk to me about my order and didn't put any salt on the fries. She, but they were hot. So I started to get loud, but I placed the salt on the counter and didn't care where they lauded.

Guy didn't let me order was in a hurry,!coffee machine was being "cleaned", atleast they're icecream machine was working for the first time in 8 years at 6:30pm, fries taste weird very weird after taste: old & new fries mixed after ordering fries here for the first time had to throw them out, other than that everything else was ?. Everytime I come here they always get the order wrong, managers have the NASTIEST ATTITUDE (its like visiting Atlanta without living there), I'm surprised the the mcflurry machine was actually working. The cashier said the McChicken isn't spicy or mild we'll see about that.(Lies it has a kick, Mexicans are just used to spicy) Rather drive here but delk rd, has better service so rather drive far. 8 years living here thank you for improving the service and atleast one day.
