Typical McDonald's I don't eat McDonald's often but sometimes like a steak egg and cheese bagel. I will grab breakfast and do some computer work. Only problem is in the relatively recently updated McDonald's there's not a single outlet in the whole building?

I went to this location this morningbecause it is down the street from my buisness, instead of the one closer to my house in Hiram. I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes with no one taking my order. I go to pull around to leave and find the lady in the drive thru hanging out the window talking to her friend or boyfriend not sure which one instead of taking my order. Will not be back to this location.

I take my son to the playplace here all the time for dad time breakfast. It is always clean and the staff is always so sweet to us both. Really great to have this place on rainy daysKid-friendliness: Playplace and big iPads. Sanitary hand wipes in playplace was an awesome touch. Staff willing to bring food into playplace after u order on phone so kiddos can run loose

If I could give zero stars I would horrible customer service with plenty of bad attitude. I went up there and was served under cooked fried when asked for them to be remade i was told that is how they are supposed to be. Now I have been to McDonald's before.THAT IS NOT WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSEDTOBELIKE. THEY LOOKED LIKE SOGGY AND BARELY COOKED. When the rude female manager finally agreed to remake the order after waiting 30 min she only redropped the same fried. Now they are way over cooked and super hard. Not to mention how they rest of my food is cold. When you try to call the location. You only get voice-mail. Worst service and food ever.

Bought dinner on the way home from my doctor's appointment and didn't feel like cooking.It had been a long day.Their prices are getting so high but all fast food prices everywhere are getting so high.
