I love Mellow. Like a lot. But this Mellow will go down in my book as the best and it should in yours too. Not only do they serve quality food, they have the best customer service. Adam is a fantastic leader and you can tell as his team exudes a positive and inviting energy. From the front staff to the prep team they all are kind!Adam was VERY gracious and helpful in helping with a school function and helped us make the most memorable memory one could have. I love supporting a restaurant who supports their community!!Like I said, I have an obsession with Mellow Mushroom but now I have an obsession specifically with the Shallowford Mellow Mushroom. Also don’t loose sight of the amazing food too! Can’t go wrong with any of their speciality pies.
If your goal is to fill your mouth with pizza RIGHT NOW, like IMMEDIATELY or you're going to starve, then Mellow Mushroom is not the right choice. In fact, even if you're not on the verge of starvation, order online and expect the pies to be ready for the "Order ready at..." time that's arbitrarily added to your "Order received" email, there's a good chance you'll be disappointed when you arrive to pick it up. There are plenty of other options for your instant mediocre pizza - and they are all more affordable.However, if you want the best damn pizza in this area - and you have a little time to spare - Mellow Mushroom is exactly what you're looking for. We've been visiting the Shallowford location for 15-years and have never been disappointed with the food quality or service. Outstanding - literally every time.We've tried every pizza they offer, with Kosmic Karma, Funky Q Chicken and the trusty House Special most often holding the Top 3 spots of our favorites.On the very rare occasion when any part of our experience was less than superb, the manager has stepped in to make everything right.Just do it. Takeout or dine-in. Either choice will be great. Buffer in a little extra time and don't be a Karen if your pies take a little longer than expected. Be MELLOW. It will be worth the wait.

Best mellow, small but packs a punch, always the same people and have been, they actually can keep workers here. It’s nice to see the same faces, always friendly always present and so awesome to go to. I suggest the local loaded potato pizza.

A little crowded on a Friday night, but still got a table in 10-15 mins. Took a while to get our food, but again it was slammed!!The pizza was absolutely delicious. (Got half Pacific Rim half House Special)We ordered the pretzel bites, and it seemed like they changed the beer cheese recipe. It was super liquidy and didn't have the same consistency and flavor that we're used to.I ordered the blueberry lavender mocktail and it was amazingggggg.
