Ordered two pizzas and we asked for original crust but were given thin crust. The pizzas were good. I enjoy watching the sunset outside here. The service is a one they overcharged all of my group on. They made all of us pay for water. They upcharged on a pizza thats extremly small as their normal size pizza. The ambiance is really good but it doesnt matter if you dont give me a fair price on food. Id rather go to little ceasers or get pre-made pizza because I actually know what I am paying for .

PLEASE stop hiring high schoolers!!! For the past 3 times in a row I’ve gone here my order has been wrong, and I don’t even get modifications?? I order an italian pocket pie THE WAY IT COMES and somehow the last 3 times they’ve put the wrong sauce on it which blows my mind because all of the pocket pies are supposed to come with the same white sauce so I’m having a hard time seeing where there’s any confusion whatsoever. I mean seriously is it really that much to ask that you make it as ADVERTISED??

Been a mod pizza customer for over a year but here recently this location is slipping. Seems like all they hire is high schoolers that can't even make a good pie. They mess up orders forget to make you mega crust when you paid for it this last pizza wasn't even round and had a burnt crust to the point where it was bitter. Subpar all the way. I know for a fact it's easy to make a great pizza cuz I've made tons of them at home... And I don't have a fancy pizza oven. Quite frankly they don't know how to sling dough, they don't know how to time the bake right, and this most recent time they even failed to properly sling a dough round or cut it even.

This is my first time at Mod Pizza and I'm impressed with how clean and bright the inside of the restaurant is. The workers were friendly and got our order prefect. Our order consisted of 2 mini (6") pizzas with white sauce, mozzarella and one has grilled chicken, a 4-cheese pocket pie with bacon, an Italiano pocket pie, a mod Calexico and an Italian chop salad. Everyone was pretty happy worth their food with the minor exception of the Calexico pizza. My husband was not a fan of the red sauce. I had the Italiano pocket pie. The dough was thin and crispy. Inside it was filled with white sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, salami, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, basil, and arugula. I expected it to be super messy but shockingly, the toppings stayed inside the pocket. It was delicious! Our kids finished their meal with a seasonal chocolate peppermint no name cake. Yum!
October 8th 5:45 pm. Only one out of five employees in uniform. 18 year old male that made my salad was dazed and confused. Probably on prescription medication. Did not know how to make a salad. Had to interrupt a the one coworker in uniform that actually seemed to know what she was doing. Had to repeatedly stop making the salad and walk over to the menu to see which ingredient to use. The amount of food in this $10.50 salad is unsatisfactory. In the past when you've had different employees and I've purchased pizzas they've been very good. This is why I have rated a three out of five

went in today and it was way better. i'm thinking the lady i dealt with could've been new and maybe i jumped the gun. Regardless i got a good pizza today with a normal amount of toppings. Nice lady as well.

I hope that a manager reads this. My family and I just left after having been served by Ashley. She left the counter while we were there to go outside to text, her coworkers were looking for her, then she couldn't locate my pizza to add sauce. Once she found it, she then proceeded to glob the sauce on there like a cafeteria worker that was in a rush. Mind you, the store was empty. We really enjoy coming there, but it would be great if Ashley could do a little better should we encounter her again.
