Growing up my parents had this saying, “Food so good, makes you wanna slap somebody.” This food had me wanting to slap someone. I had a combo plate with goat, oxtail, Mac & cheese (this almost left me in tears), rice & peas and plantains. Everything and I mean everything was incredible. Generous portions, I have enough for a whole second meal tomorrow. The oxtail was meaty and flavorful. The goat was tender and juicy. Super impressed with the flavor and seasoning. Whoever is back there cooking isn’t just doing a job, they’re passionate about food. The lady at the window was very kind and friendly. It was almost their closing time and I’m sure they were tired after working hours all day. But you couldn’t tell with how much they put into the food and the friendly greeting. The food isn’t cheap but keep in mind, this isn’t McDonalds. Plus, their portions are huge and one plate could feed two people or be leftovers. So it’s actually a very good value. Love this place and will definitely be back.Vegetarian options: They have fish which some vegetarians are comfortable with. They have vegetarian patties (spinach & cheese) plus many veterinary sides.Parking: Easy to park. It’s in a shopping plaza with ample parking.

I want to begin by praising the delicious food at this place. However, since the onset of COVID, they've closed their doors, and I've noticed a considerable decline in cleanliness. Yesterday, I ordered jerk chicken with a side of jerk dressing on Uber Eats, and to my disappointment, the chicken was so overcooked and dry that it could practically start a small fire by rubbing a stick against it …you all should take pride in the food you’re sending out.

Do not come during 12-2. We ordered our lunch at 12:00 and spoke to someone and place one order online through their online option. We showed up and the lady completely forgot she took our order over the phone. And the order for DoorDash she said she never got even though DoorDash was actively showing order updates. We showed her the DoorDash update and she says she doesn’t get payment/orders using DoorDash. She then took 1.5 hours to get our order ready and would only take cashapp. Completely disorganized . Don’t use DoorDash to order either. They show they take orders through DoorDash but when you show up to the food they completely deny getting the order. She also kept sucking her teeth when we asked for her cashapp. Even though she said she can only take cash app.

Wow mind is blown. This place is amazing. Truck driver here and I had a layover and this place did not disappoint! Oxtails were juicy and tender, cabbage evenly seasoned, rice flavorful, plantains soft and tasty. Highly recommend.

Food was delicious it was seasoned to perfection. They give you a nice serving of food too. I had the curry chicken meal and my daughter had the Jerk chicken meal both were tasty . I will be going back to this place very soon !

I ordered an oxtail dinner when received the rice that was mixed with the peas was so hard it was unable to be eaten. I tasted it as soon as I received it . When I called to inform the problem my call wasn’t answeredSo I called the next day and the respond was it’s probably because you refrigerated itThat eas un true? I tasted it as soon as I received it . I eas told the oxtail would not b replaced but the oxtails were on top of the rice . Then I eas told I would be sent some rice and gravy and I would receive a call back on Saturday it’s Sunday still no callI called today and eas rudely told she eas alone and busy and hung up the phone on me. First Time Customer ! It was the middle of a work day (Today) and I was craving Jamaican food! I looked up the nearest restaurant and Natty's was my pick for lunch. I called in my order and it was not the most pleasant experience. The phone was answered and we were unable to communicate clearly due to me being on speaker and the distance, as well as a lot of back ground noise. The person I was speaking to seemed flustered due to me being unable to hear but again (reread the last sentence). I just knew that the food had to be delicious because of the well known running joke, "if you aren't given attitude, the food will not be good" So I took it. She hung up and called back, and sounded a bit closer but still unclear. Because I could still hear the frustration, I made it clear that I wasn't asking her to repeat what she said to be annoying but due to my inability to hear her clearing (because of the distance and back ground noise). The tone of voice changed afterward, but when I showed up, long story short : The door to the restaurant was locked when I tried to enter, a uber eats driver who was familiar with the restaurant let me know that apparently there is a bell you ring to notify the staff that you are there. Right then, the staff asked me FROM the window "did you not see the bell". All while, I was not looking for a bell because I expected the door to be open. I was then handed my food through the window. It sort of felt like a doggy door. She did tell me to have a blessed day though! Review on food: Ordered: Oxtail Plate with rice and peas, plantains, cabbage, and mac and cheese. The only thing I ate was the Oxtails, rice & peas and plantains. Oxtails were pretty good. Cooked well and the sauce had a sweet tang that made the dish savory. The plantains were okay. The mac and cheese was not very good in taste but the consistency of it (visually) looked appetizing. The cabbage was my absolute least favorite. The taste was completely unexpected and I don't really know what to compare it to. In summation: Between the poor customer service and "tastiness" of food, I would say I was disappointed with my purchase.

Hands Down!!!! THE BEST JAMAICAN RESTAURANT IN COBB COUNTY!!! They have a wide variety of dishes; they really know about Jamaican cuisine!!! Natty's has great customer service and now that they have expanded their restaurant to the new Sherrod Lounge, I can also have drinks with my meal. They are open late and it simply is a great spot to dine with lots of parking and room to relax! Ask for Louis, the owner when you come in!

This was my first time trying rasta pasta. I chose the jerk chicken and it was DELICIOUS. I'm definitely going back and I'm going to try them all. I searched for Jamaica food on Google and I took a chance. This was the best decision I made today. Soooooo good!

Decided to give this place a try because I was in the mood for Jamaican cuisine.First let's say the customer service was impeccable. There was a young man by the name of Davian that waited on me. He was patient, knowledgeable, personable, fast, and offered recommendations. You rarely get this level of customer service anymore. Thank you young man. I ordered a dinner platter. A bit disappointed that rice did not come with the dish as I had to pat separate. The Mac and cheese is top tier, the jerk chicken and cabbage was ok. The portion size per price point was off in my opinion. I had jerk chicken, rice, cabbage, Mac, a soda, and spinach patty for $30. The food was 7 1/2 stars and the customer service was a 10!
