30 minutes, yes 30 minutes post-ordering to get food for 3 adults and two kids. And it was the same for every single customer there. Kitchen a disaster w no management or leadership. No apologies, no ‘here’s a cookie on us’, no acknowledgement. Avoid this
Tasty food, clean interior, sparse staffing. The kitchen staff are great.It is a warm and fun atmosphere. I think Panera is going the route of more automation (read online ordering), which takes away from the “ordering-in”experience.

We waited about 20 minutes for our lunch. We found a two top in an area away from most other tables so that we could talk. As soon as we started eating, a woman started vacuuming right behind our table. We politely asked if she could wait to vacuum because we could not hear each other over the noise.
