Would give 0 stars if possible. We ordered off the website and was told we would be waiting for 50 minutes which was a lot considering we only ordered two pizzas. After we waited an hour, we checked the website again and it said our pizza was still 30 minutes away. We called the store and they told us to check outside, still, no pizza. We asked for updates and they said that it was already delivered. We have NO pizza! The driver completely lied and the tracker stayed at the same place for twenty minutes. After waiting about an hour and a half, we got our cold pizzas. Definitely do not recommend to anyone that expects their food to be on time.

First time ordering from this location, and had a terrible experience. I called and placed an order at 10:30am on Halloween, to be delivered by 6:30pm. Knowing that Halloween is a busy delivery day, I asked if this was possible, and the person taking my order assured me it would not be a problem. Fast-forward to 7pm Halloween night, no pizza, and a group of hungry teenagers! I called and was told that it is the busiest night of the year (really??), and that my order was not even in the que yet. There was 100+ orders in the que now, and they could not even supply me with a delivery estimate. No apology, no nothing, just excuses... WOW, needless to say I was forced to cancel my order and we had to feed hungry teens on the fly... NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!! Will be sending my business elsewhere...

This spot is filthy people do not wash their hands AT ALL. They do not wear gloves : I watched a guy picked up a phone and not wash his hands afterwards . I also watched a guy throw something off the preparing table in his mouth and threw the other piece back in the Tupperware. I threw my food away - didn’t even want to go through the argument of getting my money back .

Delicious Pizza and Excellent Customor Service!!! My son went to pick up the pizza. The next day he realized he had lost his wallet.... later that afternoon we got a knock on the door. It was Mark from Papa John's delivery my son's wallet. THANK-YOU!!!! You are the best!

The cool ranch papadia was amazing BUT they should make sure they call and let you know if they don’t have your beverage of choice and allow you choose another one. Just call to make sure your order is correct before they deliver ??
