I just spoke with an amazing young lady! Her name is Emily and she is the manager at this location. I was having trouble with the app and when I called, she was very gracious, kind, and helpful!! She took care of my order and went the extra mile to make sure everything was okay with my order and that I was taken care of!! Emily is truly an asset to this company!! We need more people like her in the world!! Thank you Emily I will ALWAYS get my pizza from Papa Jonhs because of you!!!

Ordered through door dash for a large pepperoni and Italian pizza and garlic knots . The dasher delivered what was supposed to be my large pizza and someone else’s large pizza, my pizza didn’t have any Italian sausage on it and was still doughy and there were no garlic knots. Called this location to let them know i received someone else’s pizza and my pizza was wrong and missing the garlic knots. These mfs have the audacity to tell me since i ordered through DD i have to contact them. YALL THES ONES MESSED UP! I’m missing a whole box of garlic knots andddddddd my pizza is missing toppings! Tryna blame it on door dash when they just delivered what yall handed them!! Horrible customer service. MANAGER INCLUDED

i doordashed some food; a 12 inch pizza, cheese sticks, and bbq boneless wings. and let me tell you the bbq wings were a disappointment. they were basically regular nuggets/boneless wings with bbq drizzled on top.

Been dealing with them for 1.5yrs. Pizza is always fresh and good, but if you pay for added dipping sauces, or peppers, they will NEVER fill it. At this point I'm an invester in a defunct business. Hope they gave their employees one hell of a Christmas bonus! Papas rankes below o minimum of a 1 star so we tried Marco's, across the street and it was the same deal. Bottom line, if ordering extras go to Publix because west Cobb restaurants are a joke

We have probably ordered carry out from this location 25 times since it opened. We used to have horrible experiences with the Whitlock location. Never any issues and the pizza has been hot and fresh.

My pizzas was over cooked with hardly no sauce, my boneless wings was medium temperature with hardly any sauce on them, cinnamon knots was cold, horrible, I've gave this location too many opportunities, never again.
The food is good the service needs work. I don't like the fact that most of the employees are pot heads. I've been up there before when one of the employees sister came in to pick up her personal order and the sister was drunk and causing problems the employee failed to even attempt to get her under control she didn't care that her sister was drunk and making customers feel uncomfortable.Kid-friendliness: Some times there nice most of the time the management and staff act like robots.

If I could give negative stars I would. No exaggeration when I say EVERY order from this location has had an issue.Doesn't matter if its delivery or carry out.Delivery is so bad I resorted to carry out but each time I've done that they've given my order "away" or the delivery driver "took" it (even though we never received a delivery) and I end up having to wait for another one to get made. It's ridiculous. Best bet is to drive to the Whitlock location because this location will let you down every time.

I usually order from Whitlock. Since this location opened up , my screen defaulted to closest location without me realizing. Ordered 55.00 worth of food on 4/28. When I got my breadsticks were bloated raw and dry, no taste. The wings tasted off. I asked for a call back through corp no one ever contacted me. Since then others have told me about the bad service at this location!. Don't need this to be my home location. Will not be back
