Chopped steak had lil seasoning. Potatoes not even cooked! Waiting in line so long n food was cold by the time I ate it. There was a man standing there, but not ringing out with the other cashier. If he would have helped?? Cornbread trash! Only thing I liked was Tea /lemonade mixed. I mean it was ok just not seasoned. Visited other locations n they got it right. So I figured I’d come n tell u all , u can do better❤️

Never Fails the Service is Always Professional, Friendly, and Caring. Food is on Point and Delicious ?Parking: We went with our friends and she is in a wheelchair. PICCADILLY's has ♿️ handicap parking and the doors to building are wide enough for wheelchair.Wheelchair accessibility: We where going to try something else but they weren't handicap accessible. Had no parking for wheelchair and my friend in her wheelchair couldn't fit into the building, so we went to PICCADILLY'S and parked on the handicap parking right up front she fit through the doors cause they are wide enough ? The dining room has enough room for her and her wheelchair ♿️
The experience was superb. The establishment was very clean the workers were attentive. I highly recommend.

Piccadilly is a family favorite. The food is good and prices are reasonable. I love that there are so many options and literally something for everyone. The desserts are delicious. The roast beef is my favorite and that carrot soufflé is the best. We don’t get to come as often as we used to over the last 5 years because we moved but we always make a point to come when we are in the area.

Convenient to Cobb Parkway and I75. Not far from Truist Park. Great selection of entrees. Wide selection of vegetables. Large dining room. They were decorated for Christmas when we were there. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking.

The old lady that works at the line with the mask on was so rude. If you don't like your Job then you need to quit. I respect for my elder but this lady was beyond disrespectful. She need to be fired immediately. I'll never come back to this nasty roach infested place.

I order from this place online everyday but today I decided to go in pick up my food and got the worse customer experience I could ever imagine. The older lady that works the line need to be fired. Getting mad smacking her gums because I order what she consider too much food. My total came to 19.25. Smacking her teeth when I politely asked her things. She was rude to me and my wife from the onset and I was taken back by it. I'm going to stop coming here.

The food was warm better yet closer to cold and Luke warm and food had been sitting out for a while… corn bread dry and food has not been temp checked and water smelled like bleach… this could be really good food if it had some love and care in it but tasted like no one gave a dam about what they
