I had to call in my order as the website nor the app were working. I went to pickup my food as there was a guy emptying the trash. He didn't address, didn't ask if I was ordering or picking up. There was someone in the back making pizza, she didn't see me, I guess. I could here 2 other people talking in another part of the store, but couldn't see them. Even if he wasn't responsible for helping, he didn't get anyone else to assist me either. He said absolutely NOTHING! I was finally helped when the person cooking saw me standing there. I have never had an issue with this location, but doubt I would be back. I don't like being ignored.

TERRIBLE LOCATION. They took over an hour to deliver my food and just to come with my pizza missing. Never notified me. Never got a message. Nothing. Waited over an hour just to have the delivery driver arrive with no pizza.

We placed an order at 3:30pm and received confirmation and a message that door dash would be delivering. We received the order at 4:25 and were missing a pizza and sauce. We called the driver and were told that we needed to contact Pizza Hut. I did so and was told that the pizza would be remade and sent out and they would try to get there faster than the 30-40 min delivery time. I also got a text from the door dash driver saying he had contacted them as well and that I needed to call and they would send the pizza and I told him I had already called and all was well. At 5:10 we still had not received the food or any additional messages or ETAs. I called back and was told that I was actually speaking to the call center and that they would transfer me to the store. I was transferred to the store and woman answered and she asked if I was Ashley and I said I was and then said she didn’t get a call from me but saw my order pop back up and chastised me for apparently not realizing I hadn’t spoken to the local store (the call center did not tell me it wasn’t the local store until the second call). And then told me that the call center cannot tell a customer what time a pizza should be there and they have no idea how busy the local store is. She was clearly flustered but also very rude and at no point did she apologize for the fact that we didn’t receive our order correctly in the first place and instead acted as if I had done something wrong. She placed me on hold to call her driver, then got back on to tell me he had the order and then said is that it? I asked if there was an eta and she rudely said no I have no idea. At this point, it was 5:25 and i have several hungry kids who had no eaten and told her that her service was poor and that I was really disappointed that she hadn’t even apologized or tried to make it right. SHE HUNG UP. I called the call center and spoke to a supervisor and her only answer was that the call center can give us timelines and she’s sorry that the person at the local store was rude. Needless to say, the service was terrible all the way around and we will not be ordering in the future.

Pizza was good but because most calls are routed thru call center I placed order to a location 10 miles out of my way....bring back the ability to call stores directly and avoid all the nonsense...3 stars for call center directing me to store 10 miles out the way as opposed to the store around the corner....jeez Louise!

Took them an hour and thirty minutes to deliver 1 pizza to me and I'm 5 minutes away. I would have picked it up myself but I was sick. Never ordering from here again.

I had the best customer service experience in a very long time. I ordered online for delivery. After a hour and a half of waiting I called the store spoke to Mikel and asked if I could just pick the pizza up myself. He gave a sincere apology and just made it right with me and I appreciate it he was super kind and understood my frustration. After arriving to the store Mikel greeted me with a smile and had some fresh pizzas in the oven for me. When arriving to the store it seemed to be understaffed. Which made me appreciate the interaction more because I can understand how stressful things can get when short staffed. This will be my go to Pizza Hut going forward and thank you again Mikel you deserve a raise. -Alia Gray
