If you’re not going to be open during the times that you say you’re going to be open, then you must change your Google listings so that is fair for the customers trying to get something from the restaurant. I came here at 9:20 at night and drove 7 miles to get a smoothie just to find that the actual operating hours were incorrect on Google.

Very disappointed me along with 15 of my coworkers ordered smoothies from here they arrived an hour late. But that wasn’t the only problem some of us noticed a funky taste and that afternoon were violently id be careful ordering from here! I have never had an issue till Friday march 1st. It was a terrible experience and sadly I will not be ordering from here ever again.

Many of my coworkers and I ordered smoothies from here yesterday, Friday, March 1st. Most if not all of us have gotten food poisoning symptoms from the smoothies. We are expunging our insides from both ends for hours on end. Anybody who serves any sort of food service should ALWAYS make sure no cross contamination is happening, washing hands THOROUGHLY, and making sure everything is sanitary, safe, and not expired. This was a Friday treat for all of us and it ended in us having diabolical experiences. We will never be ordering from this franchise again.

Me and about 15 other coworkers ordered smoothies from this location yesterday. Approximately 10 out of 16 people have been VIOLENTLY puking since consuming the smoothies yesterday. I am ashamed to say that we will no longer be ordering from this location due to these conditions. We ordered smoothies and it took over an hour to receive them and then when we received them they had separated. Hopefully everyone else has a better experience.

I’ve been here several times trying to buy a tumbler for me and my girlfriend. They advertise that you can bring it back and refill it for $5-$7. The problem is that they only have one tumbler. The other one has a crack in it. We’ve spoken to 4 separate employees about it and 2 of them told us that they would reach out to the manager or owner and have tumblers for us the next time we come in. We’ve come in 3 more times over the past 2 weeks. No tumblers. I guess they don’t care.

By far the worst smoothie shop I’ve ever been too. Service is extremely slow and my smoothie was made completely wrong. I had it remade 3 times and it still wasn’t good.

Great place to grab a smoothie and much better than the other chains in my opinion. Vast menu that has a smoothie for every mood. I enjoy telling the staff what I have a taste for and then allowing them to match that to a great smoothie listed on their menu. Staff are always fast and friendly. I grab a smoothie every time I’m in the area.

I used to come here a lot but these prices are ridiculous! The pricing on the signs is still saying $5.99 for a small. When she rang it up it said it was $7.99 for a small. I walked out and won't be back!

I love the smoothies here more than any other. I used to be a regular when i lived close by and they always gave me the student discount. Apparently, they no longer do student discounts and their menu prices are totally wrong. I got a small Java the Nut which was advertised on the menu as 5.99 and i was charged 7.99 + tax coming out to almost $8.50. The lady showed me she rang me up for the correct drink. Management needs to fix this because that is not right at all.. I didn’t bother asking for a refund because I didn’t want to go through the trouble. But not okay.The workers were lovely though, no hate to them.

Slow service, closes at random times. Person behind me got his order before mine. He got the last of the strawberries and I had to pick something else. I'll be going to the Roswell location from now on. They seem to have it together.
