Ordered the 6 piece wings (Bogo) only got 5 pieces the 6 wings I was supposed to get for free I did not receive. Addationally I ordered a 3 piece combo the chicken was burnt and stale. I contacted customer support. They did not issue my refund for the wings or offer to issue me my correct order. Such distasteful service.

It’s 1 PM on a Wednesday and the dining room is closed. The drive-through has about 20 cars in line and it appears there’s only three people working. I wish they would share this kind of information when you order ahead of time because this is absolutely ridiculous. The attitude was as if I was Ruining their time and the food was cold. If you like chicken don’t come here.
We literary just ordered popcorn shrimp that were awful… cold there is no telling how long this good was sitting out before they decided to hand it out the window… lazy

Staff was so kind. We felt well taken care of. The atmosphere was very welcoming.
The last 4 times I've tried to eat at this location for lunch,the door was locked and open for drive through only...i love popeyes but always end up at Wendy's or chick fila next door because they're open...can't imagine how much business they have to be

This is the 3rd. and last time ever ordering from this place. Wrong order twice raw chicken burnt old chicken seriously need a entire new staff someone is gonna end up seriously sick . I received a raw on the inside Chicken breast. I'm gonna take this matter up with The corporate office. Don't eat here !
