Everytime I use popyes rewards...I cannot order through app for a week after that. It keeps processing the continue button to go to payment page. This time I had been trying to place order since 10:30 am and it 11:36am. Well not my problem. I went to KFC across and then ate that KFC at popoyes.

I am new to Powder Springs. This is the 3rd time in two weeks that I was told they were out of chicken sandwiches. Also the attitude of the staff is horrible! If you want friendly service and food in stock, DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION!!

I went into the Popeyes today looking for my favorite employee and was sad to hear he was let go.. forgive me if I’m spelling his name wrong but his nameWas TMAR and he was a great employee.. every time I came in or went through the drive thru he was always so nice to me, always had a smile.. always busy taking orders bagging food or register… it’s sad that customers can have a bad day and take it out on the employee and in return the company lets them go! He always made sure my order was correct and HOT! Popeyes y’all messed up with letting him go!!! BEST WISHES FOR HIM

They are the real like back when Popeyes started back in the day...For Real GOODEvery time I go..the people are nice and the food is always on point...My one friend drives from Cumberland Mall area just to go to that one on powder

It appears that Popeyes has taken on symptoms that will soon end the once greatest chicken available. They are seriously on their death bed. The so-called wings look amazing on advertisements. But when purchasing, it looks and taste like they didn't survive the battlefield. Currently, and for weeks, the app hasn't worked, and online ordering fails. Go ahead and throw in the towel and walk away with the little dignity that you have remaining
I ordered the $10.99 special....all dark. I paid for my food in the drive thru...our server looked angry. We received our food didn't think any thing of not receiving All Dark... We received a mixture of chicken, including white pieces. That is not what I ordered and didn't think that wouldn't be in my box... very

This Popeyes staff seem to hate their job. Probably because they are always out of most things. Every time I go there and order something they tell me at least part of my order is not available because they "ran out". Today, they were out of chicken sandwiches. I was notified at 7:45 pm they were out but this location doesn't close until 11:00 pm. While waiting for 30 minutes in the drive-they line, a worker came out the back door, saw the long line of cars and exclaimed, "Damn ya'll I'm tryna go HOME". The other day they were out of all types of chicken except breasts. Either the workers are lazy and not cooking enough, making excuses so they don't have to work as late or are not being provided sufficient inventory.
