Great group all around. They set up a great program by following rehab guidelines but still are involved enough with patients that they push you to exceed plan .

This location is the second pt facility that I've visited in the past two years and must say that while the other location's team were absolutely professional and friendly , my experience with them was not even close to my exceptionally delightful and enjoyable interaction with the entire team in the sandy plain location. Everyone of the the 5 person team in this location are extremely professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and above all, personable and very very friendly. I discussed their level of knowledge , effectiveness and exceptional care with my neurologist and asked him to consider them as his selected pt location. Hope the company is aware of how the sandy plain team ms. . Caroline and Andra, Mr. Malik's and Kyle and of course the lovely reception Loriell have restored my faith on physical therapy and what a great assets they are to the PT Solution brand.

Love this place and Kyle!!! He helped me through the worst back pain of my life. Chiropractor, massage didn’t work until I came to see him and worked through my pain coupled with needling! I can’t say enough about him and coming here. The environment is friendly, clean and inviting. Caroline another PT is super sweet too. Love coming here and can’t recommend them enough.

I have been using this location for over a year now. And I have had 2 sons treated here as well. The staff is knowledgeable and personable. They have helped me come back from a major shoulder surgery and are currently helping me with some low back issues. The exercises they give me have been super effective and I feel extremely grateful for their help! I highly recommend this facility! Kyle, Caroline and friends are awesome and Loriell at the front desk is fabulous and very helpful! If I had three thumbs, I'd give them 3 thumbs up! ?
DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY. They file with insurance as an outpatient hospital visit, so you are charged through the roof, even though they are in a shopping center behind a Chick fil a. This is an insurance scam if I ever saw one.

I can't say enough about the thorough care I received from Caroline at PT Solutions! Unlike the many other PT offices I have tried, Caroline spent ample time working with me and helping me reach my personal PT goals rather than putting me through a standard set of exercises given to anyone with knee problems. I highly recommend this place!

This place was not for me. Here’s why:One-size-fits-all treatment plan – the knee guy was doing the same exercise sequence as I was (for back issues)Limited supervision of exercises. I did it wrong for 2 visits before they corrected me on the third.Poor communication between therapist and patient. I had to ask repeatedly for information. Rarely was any explanation given or info offered.Therapist to patient ratio seemed inadequate. It seemed like 2-3 patients per therapist. That’s if they were all therapists.I could clearly hear the treatment staff complaining about other patients/providers/administrators. This made me uncomfortable.Very expensive ($384.12/hr negotiated insurance rate!) for the service provided.2 stars because the office staff is great and the facility is clean and reasonably well equipped.
