Tonight was my first time here and I’m so glad I don’t have to drive out to Sandy Springs anymore to get a poké bowl! I did the create your own bowl with tuna, veggies and spicy mayo, sesame seeds and it was fresh and yum. I think next time i might ask for double protein because they give you a lot of rice. Overall 5/5 - shoutout to Britney who was so friendly and gave such genuinely great customer service. You’re awesome!!

This place is seriously delicious... The guys that served me were super friendly and every bite was worth every penny I paid. You know those addictive wonton strips you can't stop eating at Chinese restaurants? Well Roll On In has seasoned wonton chips and after trying them I can't imagine a more beautiful thing. If you haven't tried this place yet, you're missing out.

Excellent place to eat! I came here today for the first time for dinner and had an excellent rice bowl for a meal. The ingredients tasted fresh and the rice was fluffy as all get out.BIG shout out to the manager Charlie and the girls working here tonight! Quick, friendly, and polite!10/10 recommend this place.

Roll On in serves the freshest fish and I am never disappointed! It’s essentially a sushi chipotle on steroids with a lot more options! Britney did a fantastic job helping me create my masterpiece

I’m the queue and as we approached for a first time visit, the young lady says they don’t have any rice. No rice?I asked her if they were going to make any as it’s only 6:00pm. “Uh, not at the moment, no. “Yeah, I’m confused. Aren’t most of your dishes and build your own bowl/burrito contain rice as the building block and staple part of the dish?Would have liked to try, but that is just silly.

I walked in and there was a group of three people in front of me. There was just one girl (Tracy) who was actually working. There was another older man there (who I later found us is Chuck). Chuck was not helping this girl AT ALL. I guess he just cooks the meat if needed but aside from that, he was doing nothing. Anyways, Tracy helped the group in front of me out and took about 10 minutes doing so, which I didn't mind at all because that's what lines are for: waiting. Before my turn even came, about 10-12 people came in and were now in line behind me. When it was my turn, I asked for two bowls (one for me, one for my husband). My bowl was made super fast since it has sesame chicken which was already premade. My husband got his bowl with the tempura shrimp. Chuck made the tempura shrimp and gave it to Tracy to add his sauces as we already put on all his toppings while waiting for the shrimp. My husband was on the phone so that he could tell me what toppings he wanted and asked me to ask what ponzu sauce was and what poke sauce was. When I asked, Tracy asked Chuck for help describing it to me. When I put my phone on my ear to tell me husband Chuck loudly and very rudely exclaimed "oh god now she's on the phone too, ughhh". Excuse me? I was being helped for literally less than five minutes, out of which about three were spent waiting for the shrimp to cook.... The audacity of Chuck, who I later found out was the manager, is insane. I understand there's a line and my order was fairly quick. But to be so rude to me was absolutely unwarranted. I could tell Tracy was even feeling uncomfortable and when I asked her for the guys name and who he was she clearly felt nervous telling me. This seems to be a terrible working environment and with a manager like that, I don't see this business going far at all. I've ordered from this place on Grubhub ALL THE TIME (and by all the time I mean once-twice a week) and thought it would be cool to go in and get it and see them make it this time. This place is 20 minutes each way from my house and it just isn't worth going there to be shown attitude from the manager because he can't handle a line. This job is almost all customer service and I never want to step foot in there again. This experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth. The food is good, nothing special. I used to get a sushi burrito with soy paper but they've been out of that for the last few times too. I had ordered and instead of telling me they're out if soy paper they just wrap it in Nori, which I don't eat. The service from Chuck was unacceptable and inappropriate. Tracy did absolutely amazing with my bowl. The bowl doesn't taste the way it normally does to me today but oh well, just another reason to avoid this business. Shame on Chuck for thinking it is okay to treat paying customers the way he does. I paid $34+ for two bowls, two Coke Zeros, and tip and I'd be happy to do so again had it not been for the terrible service and distasteful commentary of Chuck's end. P.s.: Far be it from me to tell anyone how to run their business, but being a customer facing business, keeping managers like Chuck in their position will only run business down.

Listen to me, this place is BIG fire. Always fresh, always delicious, one of my legit favorite places. I get the trio, sub raw salmon for the steak, and it's AMAZING. If you're unsure, don't be. If you love sushi/poke, this is the spot.

Its ok. I am glad they have a kids chicken tenders and fries option...that makes it easy to suggest Roll On In for a family meal - my 7 and 4 year old are not adventurous eaters. But if they were, there is also a kids burrito option and a kids bowl option. My husband got the Volcano Bowl...rice, spicy tuna (or fish), shrimp, street corn, green onions, and sauce...I am sure there was something else on there...maybe lettuce mix. It was good, but super saucy. I got the burrito with baby shrimp, cream cheese, yum yum sauce, lettuce mix and rice. It was wrapped with nori. There was a little too much cream cheese for me and the "burrito" fell apart. If I get a burrito again, I will make my own...now that I kind of know what to expect from it. Definitely a restaurant to try and I will come back, but I think my husband and I both will try to make our own. I think I could also get my kids a bowl because they have teriyaki chicken as a protein on the menu...

Tha food is good, but the service is very bad. I ordered to go, and it took more than 30 minutes to have the order ready. There was people in the kitchen chatting, laughing with social media videos and just one person preparing food, when it is supposed to be a fast food kind of place. I will just go back if I have plenty of patience and time to wait that long.
