The coffee is good but I also come here for the wifi, but there was none. The barista said they've been having problems with the wifi, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. That seems unacceptable to me. When you bring your laptop and pay $12 for some coffee and pastries and find out there's no wifi, it's disappointing.

I came to get my birthday drink, and they said no since it was the day after. Don’t get me wrong I would understand if it was a week has past but it was one day…… it’s never been an issue at any other store. So don’t come to this one if you are expecting any kind of mercy or kindness.

It is always a hit and miss here. I always get the hot Chai tea with soy milk. Sometimes it's perfect, sometimes nice, and sometimes too watered and not enough spice. Once, my cup was literally half full after the foam went away but I didn't want to drive back from work. I go here because it is the only one on my way to work. It's been good lately, fingers crossed it stays consistent.

I was here recently like 5 minutes ago and the drinks are tasted horrible. I have to trash them immediately right after leaving the store. Even my 4 years old couldn’t drink it.

I would just like to start with I always order the same drink and for this season all I wanted was pumpkin cream foam in my chai tea latte. The barista working the window told me they do not make that combination. Although I've received this same drink 3x at this location. I'm guessing she was just lazy and having a terrible day. I proceeded to the drive thru window where I then heard her tell ANOTHER person that their usual drink order doesn't exist and couldn't be made. Thank God we're all collectively boycotting Starbucks. Nothing is worth buying from this establishment especially this location
