I go once or twice a week to THIS location. I stopped going to subway, for awhile, because they no longer would give you "double meat". That became a lie. At this location they always take good care of the customers! Very nice people and very professional service! They do a great job ? ?

I literally work at the Walmart know for a fact that they have roaches. And workers are the races will make sure to do every non person of color’s order before a person of color even when you order ahead.

good summer

Worker was mopping floor and asked if I was ordering. I said yes. He goes around and proceeds to try to get me a few cookies. I said “wait did you wash your hands?” He said “oh no it doesn’t matter we use tongs” I said I understand but I work in fast food and that’s not ok. He just rinsed his hands real quick without actually washing and grabs the bag that my cookies were going in with the bare hands he “washed”. If that’s what they do in front of customers I can’t imagine what they do when people aren’t looking. That mop water is on the handle of that mop.

This Subway is located inside Walmart at Chastain Meadows.On a Thursday evening around 8:30 pm, I was in a hurry to get a sandwich.Man behind the counter took my order and was very friendly and polite.I got just what I ordered, and the foot long was very tasty, even I ate half of it the following morning. I love Subway sandwiches anyway. So no complaints.This store might be under a new ownership. I will go back.

Guy making sandwiches sucked today!!! Pizza is cold, protein bowl not even half full, only one portion of protein, sandwich half asked made with little chicken on it. Gonna go to other subway because this ain't it

Highly disappointed with the young man with glasses who made my sub. He had his airpods in the entire time and wasn’t able to hear me. I asked for italian herb and cheese bread and he said “we are running low on that, can you do white bread?” I said yes assuming they had none left, only to see an entire row of it. Not to mention he used the wrong cheese after being told they had the fresh mozzarella fully stocked. Do not go here if you want your order correct.

Unfriendly staff. No free water, so you have to pay for bottled water. They don't accept any coupon which most other subway accept.

Very friendly and professional! Today on 8/30 the poor girl working there was accosted my a man who was mad at her for not receiving a free drink cup which he claimed was for water. The girl was very professional and courteous to him, despite his rude and demanding attitude in which he threatened her by going to her boss.Very good customer service despite the incident. This is my go to subway for my lunch hour

Even as far as service goes from Subway, this Subway has been the worst. There seems to only be one person working there and they are terrible at their job. Their customer service skills are unprofessional to say the least. They don't ask you for which cup sizes you want and give you a bad attitude when you try to personalize your sub. Recently I went in and tried to ask for extra sauce on my meatball sub and the lady had a bad attitude with me the entire time. She also only gave me 3 napkins when I asked for more. I also was hoping to use a partial payment with a gift card and I kept getting lied to and told there was NO way they could accept two forms of payment. As a past Subway employee for a different location, I am disgusted by this location and I will NOT be back!

I decided after 10 years of not stepping inside a Subway due to quality of food to give them one more shot after hearing about the new fresh ingredients from the commercials. I received a coupon to bogo so I decided to pick up after shopping inside Walmart. I ordered and went to check out so I handed my coupon to the lady. She handed back and the price did not change. I ask why and she was unable to speak clearly for anyone to understand. I said you did not take my coupon and then finally I understood her and she said we don't take coupons. So I left and the owner came out from the back and waved me back in and ask what was wrong. I said I wanted to use the coupon bogo and you refused so I am going to another subway. He then stated I will take the coupon but you are causing me to lose money. This was so embarrassing in front of customers and Walmart Employees to blame me for him losing money. I said you have no sign stating you do not accept coupons. He said next time ask. I said there will not be a next time. After eating the sub I would not go back. It was awful, nothing changed at all. The food compared to Firehouse/Publix/Newk's is -0. No change in their qualify of food. Subways allow franchise owners to treat customers any which way they want and blame them for losing money is no way for a corporate company trying to make a come back allow a customer to be treated. Worse Food and VERY RUDE OWNER!!!!!
