The tomatoes looked so mushy and rotten I asked do you have fresher tomatoes in the back. My response was no this was all they gave me. With a I don’t care sarcastic attitude. I left shameful to treat customers that way

Here charging my Tesla and wanted to use the restroom. The owner/manager said you can’t use the restroom unless you buy something. This makes me unequivocally not want to buy something from this Subway. Apparently the owner doesn’t understand that goodwill is reciprocal. You treat customers and potential customers right and they patronize your business.

Same experience as others. Ordered via the mobile app (where store was listed as “open” and accepting orders) and went to pick up my order at 8:30pm (order was confirmed to be ready at 8:35pm via email). Store closed, locked and dark. No number to call for refund. My disputed charge was rejected, stating that goods and services were delivered (um, no). This store does NOT handle mobile orders well, and Subway refuses to refund!

Don’t order online. Store closes like 3 hours before posted time. I came at 8 to pick up my food and they’re closed.... I come back the next day and the worker said he can only give me the sandwich that had been left on the counter overnight. This business has horrible management.

If you’re going to operate a business do it the right way! Update your hours on both your apps, websites, and google. Maybe you should put them on your doors as well. I ordered 2 wraps with the expectation that Subway would be closing at 10pm like it says on Google & it’s app. My order was scheduled to be ready at 9:15pm. Once i arrived at 9:30, however, this Subway location was closed. I was expecting to walk in & out with my wraps that i had paid for over the website. Unfortunately, I was unable to. I expect better business. Tomorrow i expect a full refund as well as my meals.

Service was okay, only one person working, fixing a large pickup order, trying to wait on me an run the register, I don't eat out much and if I'm paying for something that I can make at home, I don't like the fact that the person servicing me was doing 5 jobs ???.

Wouldn't really recommend. Google says they close at 10 and Yelp says 9. Got there at 8:30 and the door was locked. Unacceptable. Either update your hours or make sure customers can be accommodated during the hours set.

the women who got my order was on the phone the WHOLE time with bright blue headphones in. so rude, than when i told her my order she acted as if it was inconveniencing her. i come here every week.. but unfortunately i have to stop. absolutely ridiculous
