Ordered a Philly. Got a lettuce sandwich pretty much. Hardly any meat. With 3 people at work and no one in the store, I had to wipe my own table and seat down. Yall are charging over $11 for this and this is why I'll always be a Jersey Mike's fan . Sorry not

I ordered the rotisserie chicken online, went to pick it up and I instantly knew that they had gotten over on me because of how lite the bags was. I usually get chicken or tuna from subway because I feel that’s the only way to get my moneys worth, but I see now that nothing is safe from this business any more. The chicken portion was so small I had to dig thur the sandwich to find it. This is going to put them out of business for sure.

They have a serious personnel problem, they do not pay attention to the instructions of the order. For the sake of time, I only order online and check the sub before leaving the store. Once they forgot to add the main ingredient (chicken), I had to go back to have it added.

DOES NOT ACCEPT COUPONS! Have been going to this location for many years. The renovations a few years ago definitely brought me back in regularly. Unfortunately however when I recently went in I was told that the owner said that they do not accept coupons. I am sent coupons in my mailbox once a month and they are the closest Subway to me. Another location not too much further away does accept them and they will be earning my business going forward.

Ordered a tuna sub and so did the woman ahead of me. Both of us had to ask the young lady preparing it to add more tuna. She put 3 scoops on the 6 inch and 4 on the footlong. She spread it so thin you could hardly see it. When she scooped it, she made sure to scrape it so that no extra was running over. This wasn't the first time. We'll go to the other location from now on.

Literally put almost no meat in my sandwich if I’m paying 12$ for a sub Atleast give me half my money worth. Also the worker put my order inside when I marked it as curbside and looked at my vehicle and ignored it and put it on the pickup rack and we waited a while just to get it

Don't order from this subway, especially Do not order from the app. They charged my card but claimed my order wasn't received. Lol and then proceeded to not do anything about it. Customer Service wack because I was sent out the store with no food. What's customer service these days .

I don't think I've ever taken the time to leave a review for a Subway. And honestly, prior to today, I don't think I'd eaten at any Subway in over a decade due to how much it had declined. However, as luck would have it my wife stopped by this location today near our house (first time) and I was blown away. It was remodeled, super clean and nice, really great workers and the new menu was awesome. We loved it and are going to be back many, many more times.

A little thrown off why my foot long Spicy Italian only had 5 salamis and 5 pepperoni compared to the 10/10 count it should have. Got half the meat for the full price. At least that's how it has been since I've been a sub artist. Too many pickles piled on. Other than that people were nice. Just not as fresh and tasty as I've made them in the past.
