I ordered a bowl from there. Guess what the bowl was half empty. 3 pieces of chicken strips, 4 shreds of lettuce, few grains of rice, i wrnt back to tell the server he literally looked hard hi.self to ry to find rice...gave me a side of rice but what about he rest of the items, few countable beans... I was shocked. Naaahhh!!! And there was no one else there for an excuse of being busy! The owner and the Staff are misers and cringy!!!

A lady who was on the drive thru orders rushed us through our entire order. I get it, your a closer and u want to go home but i definitely felt unwelcome. Our food took 8 minutes to come out, for four food items and refused to give refund. Two cars after us both got our food.

If you go through the drive thru don't just check the number of items, open up every wrapper to make sure you got something near what you ordered. Or just don't go there. I won't be. This was not the first time but I usuallycatch it. Garbage location.

Went from a 4 star to a 1 star. I ordered a power bowl with no rice or beans and paid an extra 1.50$ for extra meat. I got neither and instead I got a premixed power bowl with barely and meat and both rice and beans. As a diabetic I LITERALLY cannot eat this which is why I asked for no rice or beans. I was the only one in line just take your time??

I have been eating from Taco Bell for 1/ 2 month. I get the same thing (Soft Taco Supreme). I'm really not into fast food but I eat it because Ive been on the road lately.This is the first STS that actually tasted good. It was juicy and flavored well. Just like the one's I had as a little kid. I recommend based on my experience.
