All the staff seemed to be just standing around goofing off. Waited in the drive thru for 30+ mins. The guy at the window had on gloves but kept touching his beard. Handling money then handling good without changing gloves ?

It's 11:30pm on a Friday night and my high school boys just finished their football game and were starving. We pulled up to the drive thru to be told that they were closed. It shows they are supposed to be opened until 1am. When we questioned that, the guy said that they are closing early due to their 2 managers being in training & that they already closed their register.Fun Fact, the car in front of us just ordered and had not yet paid, so I believe that to be a lie. Completely unacceptable!!!!After reading other reviews it sounds like they actually did us a favor because others have received burnt food & got food poisoning....... so thank you Taco Bell for this incredibly disappointing experience.

The food was 3 supreme tacos and they were great. The wait in line was long and there was no way to get out of line. I understand but why but before you place an order it would be nice to tell you about the wait.I didn't go inside so I don't know about the atmosphere.Will I go back yes but before I place an order I will ask about the wait time.

Worst Taco Bell ever. Always takes forever and is hardly ever right. The food is all slapped together and never tastes as good as other Taco Bell’s. The only reason I’ve come back is because it’s the closest one and regret it every time. Do better or just shut it down.

A one of a kind experience! If you love Taco Bell and think to yourself, "I'd like it with a twist" well this is the place to visit! This is like nothing else you've ever tried in the Taco Bell space. I'm talking food that is so clearly burnt you'll wonder how they ever put it in the bag! Make sure you try the crunch wrap supreme, they make it char-black on the outside which allows the inside to morph into something that hits the palate like scorched acorns.If you want to bypass the clearly-not-cleaned-in-this-decade dining area, take a whimsical ride through the drive through where you'll be met with wonderments never before seen this side of the border. You'll take a step back to your childhood and reminded of those plastic Family Dollar walkie-talkies as you attempt to understand the person taking your order. Then, as you spend the better part of your lunch break waiting for your food, you'll be surprised by the mystery bag of things you never ordered, scorched to imperfection!I rarely write reviews, but never before have I been privy to such a remarkable experience. Once you try it, you'll be telling your friends, family and anyone that will listen just how astonished you were!
We had the choice of either this or Chick-fil-A for lunch...we should have done Chick-Fil-A. The entire experience here was absolutely awful! The employees seemed angry and nasty through the ordering process, and then the food itself was even nastier. Since it's a KFC/Taco Bell combo I got the tenders and my spouse got the bean burrito and we both got the cinnabon rolls. Every thing felt and tasted stale and disgusting. The biscuits were as hard as a rock, the tenders tasted like there was a expired aftertaste, the burrito was absolutely smashed around and disgusting, and the cinnabons were DRENCHED with grease that we could tell has not been replaced in a long time. We both tried one and both not only spat them back out from the stale greasy taste but I also actually puked from how bad it was. I would recommend AVOIDING at all costs and find these establishments separately as there's a really good KFC nearby with the big chicken and a good taco bell in the same area. If you see this one near the staples, DO NOT EAT HERE! You will absolutely regret it.

Worst Taco Bell location ever had! Didn’t see the average reviews until too late. Had 3 deluxe boxes and a burrito. The entire order was wrong. Wish I had the receipt to contest it but none was given at the drive through window. The staff probably thought let’s just give them 2 chalupas, 1 Crunchwrap, and the rest crunchy tacos; they wouldn’t know the difference if we gave the order in a bag. Of course we had to pull forward and wait to protect their stupid drive through kpi number. Wouldn’t want to go to this location ever again. Especially since the staff couldn’t be bothered to check their orders. Don’t know if the franchise owner just picked the first people off the street that applied.
