Absolute garbage customer service, the employee taking my order had a terrible attitude, I ended up dining else where.

My rentoid bros went to Taco Bell because they usually eat empty calories then get high on Friday nights. This Taco Bell nicely sealed the bag to give the impression that they got the order right. Taco Bell, why seal the bag and make it look nice if you're just going to get the order wrong? The man paid for his damn quesadilla, but no quesadilla was in the nicely sealed bag. Also, why 4 sauces for 4 chips and there was no Chihuahua in the bag either. One of my bro's is really down right now just generally about life, we're pretty concerned, this completely ruined his day. Every taco you make from now on just know that you let my bro's, your loyal customers, down.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly, no chicken tenders on the menu. Playground missing.

I occasionally visit this Taco Bell location on lower Roswell, but it consistently provides poor service. The staff here often seem indifferent to taking orders, make mistakes frequently, and lack enthusiasm in preparing food. Despite my fondness for Taco Bell, this particular location has consistently disappointed me.

The customer service that this establishment is pure trash, really makes you wonder why the store is even here.

I came here for lunch today, did not have a great experience. Food was cold , the Manager was very rude she’s an old white lady with short blonde hair she rolled her eyes at customers unprofessional. asked me what did I need she stood where the drive thru I told her in tone where she can hear “ I’m just waiting on my order” and she said in a rude tone I CANT HEAR YOU. I did not talk to her rudely I was kind . So why not walk to the front and ask kindly what I need? She did came to me and I asked again I’m waiting on my order It’s jaimie and she said well it’s coming that’s what they’re working on. Another man asked her about mt dew that it tastes funny and if he can have a mt dew in the back where the drive thru is and she said it’s the same. RUDEEE and my friend got was waiting to pay at the register the manager comes and says what you need and my friend said I still need to pay for this the manager rolled her eyes again. And later asked my friend their hiring if they want a job, who wants a job there? With a mean rude manager! I hate to say manager should be fired! NEVER WILL BE BACK

Do not eat here. You will wait over 30 minutes to even an hour just for your order. Even mobile order. Plus, employees don't seem to care about their jobs and give a negative vibe.

Possibly the worst service I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant, totally ignored by employees, restaurant was freezing cold, food way below Taco Bell standards. Will never visit this location again.

My experience was not very good at all . First of all I couldn’t even order because the worker said that they were in a shift change and we couldn’t order. Secondly we couldn’t go inside despite the sign saying inside now open. Please fix this. All in want to do is eat for a good price but this Taco Bell is in shambles.

***DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! *** From the reviews I just read, everyone is having the same issue that they do not take orders. I had the same issue at 8pm tonight. The store closes at midnight. The lady at the drive thru was also super rude. I went 2 miles down the road to the other Taco Bell and the employee at the drive was friendly and I had my food within 2 minutes.

I was denied service at 3:30 pm on Saturday, December 9th. I walked to this location because my car was in repair. The lobby was locked, one of the 6 or so employees inside told me to go through the drive through. I said I don't have a car. She not only didn't come to the door, but also hid from my sight. Then I walked through the drive thru and was told they couldn't serve me unless I was in a car. I have so many derogatory things to say about this experience that I will just leave it to you all's imaginations.

This is the biggest clown operation in the area. Why would you remodel inside and out and continue to keep the dining room closed? Owner, any idea how much business you lose by locking your doors? Your employees visibly hate to work there. I have never seen a business run worse than this.

This is some of the worst staff I have ever seen. I have yet to have a pleasant experience with any employee at this location. They are genuinely annoyed by the presence of customers.Using the mobile app, I can't recall the last time that "pickup at counter" was an option, because the dining room hasn't been open for quite some time. First it was the pandemic (understandable), but literally every other quick service restaurant within a 5-mile radius was open long before this location ever reopened. Now they just finished a construction project, regrading and restriping parking stalls, and the restaurant dining room is closed yet again. Most people would be understanding of the circumstances, if the staff actually operated the drive-thru during the posted business hours. On my most recent visit, I placed an order for breakfast in the mobile app, and arrived to the drive-thru 30 minutes after it opened. I had already paid for the order, so despite no one answering me at the drive-thru, I was determined to get someone's attention. I pulled up to the drive-thru window and tapped on the glass, only to have someone tell me (while visibly irritated) that he was the only person there and that it would take 15 minutes before my food was ready. This is the only drive through restaurant where I can expect to never be served at the window. Customers are told to drive around to the front door and wait to be served. What are they doing here, and why is there never any food ready to serve customers? Why is the staff allowed to continue to behave in such a way that customers never feel welcome? When will customers be able to use the dining room again?Who is the managing operating partner, and are they aware of the problems at this location?
