Decided to try this taqueria out in the gas station. We ordered 4 barbocoa tacos and a side of rice and refried beans to share. The menu prices listed are not the same as what we were charge. With the prices on the menu should have totaled less than $15 and we were charged $18 plus change. We were also charged extra for the cilantro and onions and the menu clearly states these condiments are included. The rice was mushy and tasted like lard and the refried beans tasted like they were right out of a can. The tacos were not good as the meat was very fatty and not seasoned well. The corn tortillas were falling apart. The employees taking our order were pleasant and professional however, had a hard time understanding and speaking English. So they couldn't explain why there was a price difference from what was listed on the menu. I have left a message for the owner.

I just went in (2:30) and they said they were closed. They also said they do not have a stable set of hours. How can this business state open till 5pm??

I generally have a rule against restaurants attached to gas stations, but we were told this place was good and they did not disappoint. I've never lived south of the border but I have to imagine that this is about as close to home cooking as you can get. The people were patient and very nice. All in all a great experience.

This place is the absolute bomb-diggity. If I could go for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner, I would. I'd go for breakfast, second breakfast, elevenses, luncheon, afternoon tea, dinner, and supper, idgaf. Fight me if you don't agree. I'll meet you at the Taquito Express and eat another meal immediately after.

The truth is very bad service. The food very salty. The plate where they cook is very dirty. To such a degree that the food comes out even with residues of other burnt food. And an infinity of things more than the truth I don't know how that place continues to work. And an apology but the truth is that they are very simple and basic things to prepare and unfortunately they don't have the slightest idea of what they do.

Very bad experience in this place, the food on some occasions too salty, on others without flavor, we ordered a cake and some quesadillas and when I got to the car it was already super watery, they don't know how to prepare the quesadilla, they heat everything together , cheese and vegetable tortilla, dirty iron and endless things that I realized that make me not want to consume in this place again.??♀️
