The cuisine is generally excellent and the atmosphere is fantastic, albeit occasionally they are a little slow and get your order wrong. If there is such a thing as a classy KFC, then this is by far it. It truly has the design of a flagship shop, which is a clue that they hired a talented interior designer. Personally, I adore the patio's outside. There are some excellent photo ops for visitors from outside the area, as well as usually interesting t-shirts and other mementos.

The big mechanical chicken was really cool, and the KFC food was decent. I got the big box meal and bought a couple of souvenirs while we were there. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because both of their drink machines were down, and the service was good but not great like other destination chain restaurants I've been to.

Always friendly and fast service. I love the manager Angela, she is always sweet and makes sure that everything is right. I'll definitely keep coming back.

Got to stop by the BIG Chicken the other day for a hot fresh chicken sandwich. Very nice clean restaurant with friendly staff. I would recommend stopping the next time you are in the area. Pretty cool inside with some history about the store. Sorry no photos as it was raining outside that day but maybe next visit.

Fun, old school road side attraction! The big chicken has a moving mouth and eyes and we had fun taking pictures with it. Inside, is an upscale KFC and also has several photo op places to take pics. Food was good and restaurant was clean. A fun time!

Yes I went all the way to Marietta just for the big chicken. It's just a normal KFC though food was actually pretty good. Clean restaurant, and clean restrooms. Plus photo ops to boot.

This area's notable landmark, The Big Chicken is a KFC with a big chicken and its eyes spinning. Kind of hard to miss this place because of how big this chicken is. I would enjoy watching that chicken spin his eyes from afar whenever I come to this part of town. I was meeting up with someone and tried their chicken wrap while waiting and it was delicious.

We waited ten minutes to be acknowledged; after another five minutes we left. This location is sorely understaffed. It has some great "Big Chicken" merchandise and souvenirs. However, don't waste your time as you will not be served.

Well, for being an iconic destination, I'd have to say my favorite part was the comfortable seating. The "secret recipe" to the fries is to leave them out to get cold for a bit, really hits the taste buds right. The only thing I didn't get catfished on was my actual date, so at least there's that. 10/10 would not do again, (except my date)

Sweet KFC! Very unique building ? lots of seating indoor and outdoor options. They even have a screened in outdoor room.Fountain machines were out of Pepsi and mountain dew options, but everything else was great! ?Nice dine In option.

The food was great. Original chicken was actually original. They were quite short handed due to employees not showing up. The young gentleman that was there besides the manager was Awesome! He was running around trying his hardest to make Everyone happy! He was polite and a Very Good worker. He even deserved a tip and more as I had my 3 little grandkids with me. Next time I see him I will add to my measly 5.00 I left him!! Thank you!!!

The place is very clean however the food and service hinders the experience. We. visited on 1/24/23 after my son's practice around 8:30pm. we went through drive through and ordered $35 worth of food. The drive through person had all the drinks sitting on the ledge of the drive through window. I asked for a carrier and he stated they didn't have any. The drinks all needed the carbonation changed. so I went inside to fix and they gave me more bad drinks, The food was old and we ended up throwing away and getting something else. We will not retur.

They always run short on chicken tenders, almost all the time tried..they never have them and on requesting blunt reply..we cannot do...this is one food place with no food!

Staff is not really engaging I'm hoping it's just because they are short staff t do the covid still. Is raced for 8 piece chicken meal. The biscuits were really dry im not used to that. And it sucks that they don't offer a military discount like popeye's does. But overall it was tasty.
