For example, I order the chicken and waffles with the peach cobbler and cream cheese drizzle on top. I didn’t receive the chicken! The main part of the meal. They also did not include the peaches. The French toast was burnt and didn’t have any syrup or cream cheese and none was included the the bag. My husband ordered a steak egg and cheese sandwich and that didn’t arrive either. His French toast was also burnt. The eggs were disgusting and had no seasoning. My daughters kids waffles were dry and tasted old. Totally ruined our breakfast. I’m surprised this place is in business. Believe the low star reviews. The good ones are probably fake because I have literally never had food this tasteless from a restaurant before.

Everything on the menu is good! After several visits, the decision is unanimous! Don't let the inconspicuous exterior fool you. The owner delivers excellent service along with excellent home cooked meals.

Pros: Great value for the price. The salmon portion was huge for just $13 and with 2 sides. Cons The green beans tasted like straight water and were somehow extremely greasy. Mashed potatoes tasted amazing, but were soggy. Salmon was ok, tasted fine but a bit dry. I would recommend coming here if your hungry and looking for a good deal but not the best tasting food.

Chef Q and Crew does an AMAZING job at whatever you could possibly decide to order off the dinner menu or the Sunday brunch menu. All the brunch especially is a 10/10 my favvv thing to order is the CAJUN strimp and grits. The team moves pretty quick considering serving guest and delivering catering orders. Definitely a top tier experience at The Eating Spot for special occasions and casual day to day meals like burgers, wings, and fries⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food was slow coming to the table. The Chicken and waffles wasn’t your typical dish. I received drumettes not whole wings. The wings were not breaded, but deep fried with no seasoning. The worst part, they were burntThe waffles was overly sweet.I will say the grits were pretty damn good.

I was looking up places to eat and I came across The Eating Spot. I was super stoked to try them out after seeing professional grade videos of a chef cooking what appeared to be delicious cuisines. Boy was I fooled. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich. When I got it I was greeted by what appeared to be a 5 day old piece of chicken that could of possibly been considered road kill. God knows how long this poor piece of chicken sat and roasted under a heat lamp before it was served to me. That was deeply concerning, but what truly haunted me was the Mac and cheese. Mac and cheese is one of those dishes that is nearly impossible to screw up. There's many different ways to do it, and all are welcomed. This my friend is not. That Mac n cheese truly has given me nightmares. It was plain noodles with shredded cheese on top. You would think it's only up from here, but then again you would be wrong. In comes in the Ken's ranch. I'm not kidding. Kens. Who the hell serves wings and ask you to wash it down with some Kens. Avoid this place at all cost.

I just ordered through Uber eats and your food is amazing! I've been ordering out a lot since Covid and I feel like recently, I have to spend an arm and a leg to receive even subpar tasting food. But this is probably the best food I've had with Uber eats and the pricing was perfect. That mac and cheese is probably the best I've ever had. True southern cooking from the heart. Thank you! I've never left a review for food, but I definitely had to say something. Hoping for all the success to your business. I'm definitely ordering here again. I literally only created a Yelp account to say this, that's how good it was lol

This was surprisingly good food in a place you might just drive by. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with bell peppers on top and a side of grilled Brussel sprouts in sweet chili sauce. It was really good and I liked the grill taste in both. I recommend getting the sweet chili on the sandwich, too.
