I ordered at the wrong location and ended up having to drive 30 mins after waiting for 30 at the one I thought it was lol. I’m not sure who I talked to on the phone, but Carsen (I hope that’s how it’s spelled) was kind enough to remake my smoothie once I got there! Amazing and friendly customer service. Thank you again!

This place is usually great and reliable, but for some reason tonight wasn’t like that. Arrived 40 minutes before close to make sure I’d be on time to grab some dinner, and was refused service. I was told the kitchen was closed, but I arrived 40 minutes before close to avoid that. It is fine if that is when the kitchen closes, but it NEEDS to be posted online because I planned my entire night around grabbing tropical smoothie for dinner. Now I gotta do the park and stress over what I’m gonna eat for 30 minutes thing, so that kinda sucks. My bf and I are loyal tipping customers and would’ve just came earlier if we knew.

I ordered $40 worth of food and smoothies to be picked up at a certain time. After waiting 30 minutes past that time, I was told someone else had picked up my order and offered no resolution. When I asked for a refund, I was told there was nothing to be done. I asked for a manger was told there was not one there. The two workers seemed way in over there head, but never offered an apology or a resolution to my $40 order with no product provided. There are several more missing details here but this was the gist of it. Edited to add - before submitting this review I went through the corporate website provided details of my experience and have received no response. In reading through some of the google reviews, I see this location seems to have an ongoing problem with low staff during busy hours. Many of the reviews have a similar response from the company so it seems the information is falling on deaf ears.

I've given this location the last chance. Responses from the owner below go back months, so clearly this isn't a new issue. There is often two young kids, left alone during very busy times. Order on the app, or order in person it doesn't matter, it takes forever. I just don't have the time, as someone who runs a business, to sit for 40 minutes waiting on the order, which has happened multiple times. The last time, there were clearly multiple people who were very frustrated. This isn't a complicated issue, plenty of retail establishments, cafe's & coffee shops have it figured out. Recruiting is hard, I get it. But you have to have adequate staffing to keep a normal flow of service working. Best of luck, I hope you get it sorted out.

was dying to try this spot for a while now and it didn’t disappoint. from what i’ve tried so far the mango smoothie with the addition of whey protein was pretty tasty and overall a steal for the size/price. in saying so, the chipotle flatbread was tangy and tender which was actually really good, however, would have loved if there was a little bit more of the chipotle sauce.

I adore Tropical Smoothie. This was my first time trying this location and I ordered through the app. My wrap had no sauce (Buffalo chicken wrap) and my smoothie (Açaí berry) is basically water with a slight hint of açaí and banana - I had ordered without bananas. My chips were the only edible part of my meal. I will not be using this location again.

PLEASE hire more employees to work during busy times.I arrived on a Saturday at 11:10 to pick up a smoothie for my daughter playing softball nearby.I waited over 10 minutes at the counter before my order was taken. After finally putting in my order, I waited another 20 for a single smoothie to be made. Almost missed my daughter's game.The girls behind the counter are hustling but two people cannot deal with phone calls, a backlog of food orders, a backlog of smoothie orders, and walk ups to the counter all at the same time. I watched every single order taking over 20 minutes to complete, with lots of people waiting 10 min just to get their orders in. Huge crowd still in here now... All waiting... And the poor employees can't catch their breath.

One employee . I understand she is by herself so I am sure she is overwhelmed but she walked past me multiple times and didn't greet my once. Very bad customer service and you guys should know to have more than one staff member in thr morning at a smoothie place.

Every time I go here it’s the same one employee with such a bad attitude. My smoothie is always nasty and I don’t even feel comfortable asking him to make it again. I wish they would do better!
