Was trying to visit the Marietta location today (Easter Sunday). The official IG saying they are open for normal business hour, but the store was actually closed with a post on the door saying they closed for Easter. There is a clear gap on communication between marketing vs operation. Very disappointed about the inaccurate message.

My husband and I ate here for lunch this past Sunday and had an awesome experience! Service was good, there were 2 girls working at the time and we were greeted as we walked in and immediately waited on. The food was awesome!! We were shocked at the portion size and quality of food…we both said it’s just as good as Olive Garden! We can’t wait to return and try new mixes of ingredients to make our pasta!

Shameful customer “service”. Walked in and the two employees didn’t even acknowledge our existence. Just kept on doing whatever. I’ve worked in numerous customer service jobs and have always greeted the customers and mentioned that I’ll be right with them. Not the case here. We just stood there and the employees didn’t make eye contact with us. Until this place gets better employees I’ll never give them my money again which I hate because I really like the food.

Used to frequent this location. Hopefully the owner sees this. You need to hire employees that actually value the customers that sustain your revenue. I decided to give this place another chance after writing it off a year ago due to poor service. I Walked in here today and was not even acknowledged by staff while standing waiting in line for a few minutes. This place is going on my list of PLOB: Permanent loss of business. I wish the community around here would stop giving their money to places like this that deliver the utmost pathetic level of service. Very frustrating it is so hard to find! Something must be in the water.

We did not know what to expect, but had gotten a Groupon so we gave it a try. Excellent food the people were very nice. A good night out and lots of food that you get.

Celiacs beware!! I visited this restaurant for the first time last Friday in the hopes of enjoying some yummy GF pasta. I'm allergic to both wheat and gluten so I don't eat pasta often, however I saw signage on store front offering Gluten Free options - excited to try it out I went inside and spoke with someone in food prep. I asked the young woman preparing my food what they use in their GF noodles (rice, corn, garbanzo, etc.) and she did not know nor did she care to find out. Against my better judgement, I still proceeded to order because frankly I was hungry. Once my order was ready, I asked the person in food prep again, (just to be sure) that my order was in fact GF. She replied that it was and how she made sure to use the GF noodles for my meal. Unfortunately, it was not GF, and I was sick most of the night (I ate dinner around 4pm that day). I will never return to this restaurant and I would strongly advise other Celiacs to stay away.

Thoroughly enjoyed the veganader. It had just the right amount of spice and flavor. My sister had a build your own wrap which was filled to the max. The food was carefully prepared as well. All the way around a nice place to have a quick lunch.
