This is the poorest ran Waffle House I've visited. The staff all seemed to have a chip on their shoulders.We (party of 2) started off at the high bar but decided to move to the low counter since it was still dirty from the last customer and no employee seemed to care.Our waitress, (Kathy) while nice to us, was not nice to anyone else during our visit, customers or other staff. I've actually have never seen a waitress as rude as she was. She quite literally said to the folks seating themselves at a table behind us, while looking at them (and loud enough for everyone to hear) "thats ok, go ahead and sit at a dirty table. See if i wait on you". The manager on duty did not even flinch at this.The manager was creating her own hostile situation with the 2 cooks. She was standing right in their way while they were trying to cook, calling orders in to them. I am pretty sure the orders are supposed to be called in by standing back to give them room. The manager had called out an order of 4 waffles, 3 of them were to go and 1 to be eaten at the restaurant. The cook asked a question that I couldn't hear but from what i could hear it sounded like she was asking if it were for a particular customer. The manager condescendingly replied "if you would listen, i said...(and repeated the order)". The other cook, that she was not speaking to, spoke up and said "yes ma'am". The cook she was speaking to needed a moment to gather herself and said "yes ma'am, whatever you say ma'am, ok ma'am". The restaurant was so uncomfortable.Our waitress finally acknowledged the people behind us and walked up to them and said "people don't usually sit at dirty tables but thats ok. Im going to get it cleaned off for you." And walked away from the table saying "i only have 2 hands. People shouldn't expect me to have more." She actual said this multiple times during our visit, and each time she walked away from a customers table.At another point, the manager was looking for the cook that she was being condescending to, and our waitress spoke up and said "shes hiding". The manager didn't hear what she had said and asked her to repeat herself. This time she answered with "shes getting something out of the back". Promptly after that, the cook cane back carrying something she needed at the cook station. If our waitress knew what the cook was doing, why say something so negative and try to make the cook look bad?She also charged me for food I didn't order or receive. I ordered 2 eggs and 2 pieces of toast. She charged me for a plate that comes with 2 eggs, toast and hash-browns.The food did actually taste good.We will not be back. Very unpleasant experience.

My family and I have gone to this waffle house sense they opened. It WAS a great place to go. Now all we hear is the manager, Shawna telling everyone, she runs the place, it is her way! She is constantly putting down the people who work here. I have been coming here enough to know, when she is wrong about somethings. And if it is brought to her attention, she will say it is Not the waffle house way it is my way. I am the boss! She talks to the staff like they are beneath her. She also talks about the staff and how they can't do anything right. They can be busy, and it seems like everyone is doing just fine. She will walk around and look for something to yell about. They had orders that needed to go out, instead of helping the waitress carry them out, she stood there and just yelled at the server to move faster. And it was a large order (7 people) She is on a constant power trip! And you can tell she has never managed anyone or even worked at a waffle house before. Shawna has no business being a manager. At the very least, she needs to be trained and taught how to talk to people. I have seen all the manager's this restaurant has had. Shawna is by far the worst! You will/have lost a lot of faithful customers because of her and how she treats people! And apparently nobody looks at the reviews.. looks like I am not the only one to complain about her. So now the only thing left to do is call Corporate office and bring this to their attention. Let's see if they care how their customers feel. I feel sorry for the staff at this restaurant. They deserve better, Because they are saints to put up with what they do! The only reason we continue to go to this restaurant is the staff, Most of them are kind and great with my grandkids. The food is always good. But this may have to change. Shawna is just to hateful and I don't want my grandkids thinking it's ok to talk to ANYONE the way she does.

I don’t get why they don’t take phone orders.even when it’s not busy! They have their phones on silent which makes no sense this Waffle House is the closest which still isn’t that close to me and I still have to drive. Had to drive up here to order my food and the place was completely dead I don’t get it.

They never answer the phone! It's too small to dine in and they ignore to go orders. Maybe get a better staff? I've never seen a waffle house work so slow.
