Hands down, the most unfriendly and worst customer service in the area. I understand why it has 3 stars .

What has happened to Wendy’s? Terrible customer service. It seemed like I was a nuisance rather than a customer. No greeting at the drive through window, guy took my credit card while playing on his phone, which frankly was a bit concerning. The customer service at the pick up window was worse, the window opened and a bag was handed out. No eye contact, no greeting or thank you, actually no acknowledgment. My order was supposed to be a Diet Coke, but I was given a regular Coke. My fries were lukewarm, as was the burger. The employees don’t wear uniforms which seems unprofessional. I would figure in a fairly affluent area like East Cobb, service would on point. Not much diversity in the store. Overall low rent operation…..I’d avoid.

Ordered a baconator, was told to pull forward so they could bring the food out when it was ready. After waiting 10 minutes to get to the window, then another 5 to get food and go, got home and opened up this “baconator” to see a regular burger with only one bun. Can’t make this stuff up.

Staff is young and poorly trained. I ordered a couple of sandwiches, fries and a chocolate shake. When I got to the window they handed me the sandwiches and fries then told me they out of chocolate shakes. I could wait for 15 minutes and have the fries and sandwiches get cold or a vanilla a hake (which I find discussing). I said I wanted a refund but the kid couldn't find a manager to do that. I ate the barely warm fries as I droves home. They had everything they needed to give me a refund but did not.
