Never have Frostys at this location. Either need to replace frosty machine or remove it from the menu. 5 times we have been in the last two months and every time they say they do not have any.

Name on receipt said Andres. Lady at the cash register was nice but the food was cold and we was the only customers . they still had us wait on the order for a lil min and it was not good that the food was cold . waste of 25$

I ordered the baconator fries. Took 7 minutes to get. Super soggy with way to much cheese and 2 little pieces of bacon on top?
We've always come to this location since moving to the area 5 years ago. Wendys was a treat for us every two weeks when I'd do my grocery runs. We never had an issue with the food or service from this location until the past 6ish months. Fries are cold or mushy and depending on the day you get not salted or overly salted fries.But last night was the worst experience. After waiting for over 10 minutes for the line to move at the intercom, I order and got my food. The French fries were ice cold and tasted like they had been sitting out all day. My chicken sandwich was also cold and hard as a rock. The only silver linings, the lemonade was actually sweet instead of tasting bitter like it normally does, and my husband's burger was hot and cooked throughly.I ended up having to cook something for myself because I was worried I'd get food poisoning by eating this atrocity that was given to me.This place is in need of new management clearly.

I used the drive thru today the boy they had at the window dropped my change and acting as if nothing happened when I questioned him about my change he stated that I should just pick it up. I told him to pull from the register he said I’ll be short so I asked to speak with the manager. I could hear her unprofessional self stating I’m not giving her money from the register. She finally comes and says he said you dropped your change and I can’t open the register to get it. This was very frustrating and now I know why they rate a 2. They customer service lousy and the food cold. It’s a shame but next time I’ll do what I always do go across the street to Chic fl la where the staff is trained.

I ordered online but kept getting an error when I tried to check in. I came inside and showed the cashier, but she could not find my order. I showed her my email receipt, and she had them make it for me on the spot.Thank you for the speedy & and friendly service, despite the technical difficulties.

Rude employees and managers. Jr cheeseburger was completely pinkish/purple on the inside and cold. Nuggets were cold and cooked to a crisp. All natural lemon was bitter and unpleasant to drink. French fries were super salty, but at least they were warm.
