The yogurt is sour, I tried all of them and they all tasted rotten. My mom and I ended up having to leave. Not to mention the toppings are always stale, place is always dirty and sticky, the customer service is awful. The kids just get paid to play on their phones, so good for them! Someone really needs to open up a new frozen yogurt shop!Edit: I asked my Friend that used to work at there a few years back and she said the yogurt is rotten because they don’t change it out and just let it sit.

Went yesterday and my daughter and I loved the Cookie Monster flavor. We also enjoyed the variety of toppings and the girl working was so sweet and I saw her immediately wiping down things after she helped us with our purchase. Super friendly, great service and we were so happy there was a frozen yogurt place in the area! Would be back.

This USED to be a great yogurt shop. Unfortunately it has become a disaster. This ad says they open at 12 on Fridays. I went today at 1230, and the neon sign says OPEN, but the door was locked. When I go during operating hours, there is a sign on the door saying "back in 10 minutes". Someone who really wants to run a yogurt shop should buy this and make it the success it once was (years ago). Now they are out of several flavors, there is little to no fat free or sugar free, and the flavors are awful. The cashiers who do nothing want a tip, even though you served yourself! The Yogli Mogli in Sandy Springs is even worse. What a terrible downfall.

Walked in and didn’t see any employees (much less being greeted). Proceeded to get our yogurt/toppings when I realized the employee was crouched down behind the counter. She got up to ring us up at least. Went outside to find only dirty tables & an overflowing trash can that was attracting flies & bees galore. No other customers but us. Disappointing, I don’t understand. The yogurt was fine !

First and last time here. This place was filthy! Sticky tables inside and out, needing to be wiped, napkins on the floor, overflowing restroom trashcan with a dead roach next to it for comedic effect ?No one was there to greet us, and eventually a young girl emerged to ring up our (standard, overpriced) yogurt. The yogurt machines were dirty as well, and we never saw the one employee tidy or clean anything. Not sure how this place stays in business considering how many reviewers are reporting the same experience.

Hey there I am not sure why this place has such a low rating. I have had a good time each and every time I have been here. The yogurts good and frozen and the cashiers are always kind. I have never seen anything out of place and it always has a home like atmosphere. Spread the word.

Fun place but bad for my waistline. Often have really nice yogurt flavors and toppings.

I hate to have to give a bad review because the concept is good, and most flavors are good.... but this location was FILTHY. The walls were dirty, the front door looked like it had never ever been wiped down, the yogurt spouts were caked with dried up yogurt so you could tell they had not been cleaned. there were smudges everywhere I looked. every surface in the entire place was sticky. We were the only customers there besides one lady who was sitting alone, so the worker could have easily gotten up and wiped the place down. Instead, she sat behind the register doing nothing. The register asked for a tip..... for what? There was no customer service. my tip is: Clean your location so customers will want to come back. No one wants to eat in filth.

Half the yogurt machines were out of order, and the trash can was overflowing. I'm not sure if it was worth the price for the experience or yogurt.

The shift manager (Breanne, sp.) was very condescending and rude to our family. Who bullies and lectures children? And then asks for a tip after doing so? We will not be back. The yogurt was also overpriced, and room smelled. Menchies is better.

Unsanitary and gross. This was our first time here. The whole place was just kind of gross. The vanilla “frozen yogurt” was liquid. The machines were dirty. The kid behind the counter was eating wings or something and licking his fingers, then he was grabbing the yogurt toppings out of the containers with his hands.I read the reviews before I came here and many other customers called out the same thing. Obviously the owners don’t care enough to fix these issues. Take your money somewhere else.My visit was on 3/25 at 9:30pm.

Ridiculous hours, 2-9.I just watched 6 customers (2 separate men and then a mom with 3 kids) try to open the door, discover you’re closed, shake there heads in confusion, and then leave… 15 minutes before you open?!Must be nice being independently wealthy?

I was shocked at how expensive this place was. I haven't been to a frozen yogurt place for the longest and decided to reminisce on good old days when frozen yogurt was affordable to the common man. For two cups it cost us $28. I was shocked when I heard the price. I'm also realizing that there was no signs of the price anywhere. It's more expensive than any most expensive ice cream shop, including Jeni's. Under no circumstances 2 cups of yogurt should cost more than 7 gallons of gasoline.
