Whoever is in charge of hiring employees at this Zaxby’s location needs to get fired. Nothing but impatient and miserable teenagers working at this location. I’ve been coming to this location frankly not by choice but because it’s convenient to where I live and every time I go, something is wrong or missing. In this case, I ordered extra fries in exchange for coleslaw and they failed to do so. It’s not the first occasion that this has occurred but various various times throughout the years that I’ve been coming to this Zaxby’s. I hate leaving a bad review but this was one of many last straws. I hope to see this location improve on staff and professionalism.

****BEWARE YOUR MONEY IS BETTER SPENTELSEWHERE***** UNFAIR TREATMENT*****Up until this point I have LOVED this Zaxby's location. I live 20 minutes out from this Zaxby's, but I value the atmosphere and the experience this specific location provides.Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this Zaxby's. I noticed an offer at the bottom of my receipt from my last visit. If I left a review about my experience, I would be offered a BOGO Big Zax Snack. I arrived at the restaurant today, and I showed them my coupon code from the completed survey. The store manager explained that the STORE OWNER has told their employees not to redeem this coupon. If the store owner does not wish for their customers to have this coupon then why have it print on the receipts from their location. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to this location.

Whole stuff made the experience extremely uncomfortable to eat here. A bunch of kids on staff standing around. The girl who took my order was using a broom and came to the register to take my order without washing her hands. I asked if she was going to wash her hands and she said "she was taking my order" with a whole attitude. To be clear, at no point did she go to the sink. After, she walked to the kitchen and I pray she didn't touch my food at all. Very uncomfortable experience. These kids could care less about your food. Beware.

Food is good but the team members seem to be miserable to come to work and work. Arielle T who took my order today did not smile repeat my order or provide all the necessary utensils for my food.I am not a fan of this location because their prices are higher than other Zaxby's locations and the customer service is pathetic.I would suggest the general manager teaches their employees Zaxby's mission statement"Consistently create encore experiences that enrich one person at a time".Arielle T does not follow that mission nor does any team member working seem to care about customer service.I'll drive the extra miles to go enjoy a Zaxby's where my order is appreciated and where they have hospitality towards their customers.

I love this location but the overall low review is because every time I come here all of the diet drinks in the Coke freestyle are always bad, way to much carbonation. Honestly most Zaxbys have that issue. Today however it was not drinkable at all. It tasted like plain carbonated

This has got to be the worst Zaxby's I have ever been to. The whole entire staff is a bunch of young kids that could care less about the customers. To start there was nobody there and they were rude and rushing me at the drive-thru while I was trying to give them my order. When I asked questions during my order all they kept saying was will that be all is there anything else will that be all is there anything else over and over again ignoring my questions completely. When I asked politely did you hear my question, she said yes I heard you will there be anything else, still not answering the question. At that point I just gave up and proceeded to give her my entire order. Upon getting up to the window to pay for my order I tried to ask the question there and was ignored. I requested extra sauce and was left at and ignored. At that point I asked for the manager, he came to the window and cared less than they did and when he walked away they all were laughing about it. 23 minutes later I got my food all thrown in the bag all $57 worth of food just thrown in there. When I got home and open the packages everything was everywhere it was a hot mess and the worst order I'd ever received from Zaxby's.!! Not sure if this is a franchise or corporate run store. However, we definitely will never be back!
Gonna keep it short and simple, ALWAYS check ur order before u leave because this spot is notorious for giving u the wrong order or messing up ur order. Idk why it's like that but too unprofessional

I come here, here & there. The food is pretty decent. I once came through late night & they portrayed as being closed by cutting the lights off. Then my food was stale. But I just recently got the new chicken philly and it was sooooo goooooood. Omg. Taste way better than I expected. I highly recommend

Husband ordered in drive-thru and after he said Dr. Pepper for the drink there was an audible huff and the operator/order taker rudely asked what drink again. You can tell she was annoyed she forgot what he had said. Upon unloading everything at home, the drink was some other soda that tasted watered down and all of the fries were soggy. Chicken was so dry like it had been sitting out for a long time. This is not the first time this sort of experience has happened at this location. Avoid!
