I was excited to try Zaxby's for the first time at this location, and I have to say I could not be more disappointed. I had heard that their chicken was good, but it was so average that it was an incredible letdown. The fries were also very disappointing. It's pretty sad when the best thing on the platter is the toast. I will definitely stick to other chicken places in the future.

I don't like Zaxby's....took a group there but didn't order
My kids convinced me to give Z's a try with them and I was truly surprised by their excellent salads. I have eaten them at this location 3 times now and each time the quality and attention to freshness was 100%.

Been to a lot of Zaxbys and this one is by far the best. Least wait time, staff is always nice and professional. and they have the best loaded fries which is all I ever get from Zaxbys.

Forgot an item in my delivery. Only solution they could come up with was for me to come there to get the item I forgot. I am not from the area, and had no way to get there which is why I ordered it as delivery in the first place. Offered no sort of refund, or way to get item to me.

The cookies are hard as bricks. I got a meal and made it a go big meal and I got a pitiful amount of frees and wasn't even offered the option to opt out of Cole slaw be thrown in the box. Would not recommend this location at all!!
