She should be paid double, first check should be for being manager of the bojangles and the second should be for babysitting the crew you have given her and teaching them to count. She was trying to be patient and professional with her crew when they were not deserving of such. Order was wrong, don’t blame her. She is professional and intelligent, the crew she has to manage should pay her half of their checks

Order online @6:35 didn’t get food until 6:57 causing me late at work resulting in a point because they didn’t want to refund me!!! I only had a bacon egg cheese biscuit and a large starry drink and a Bo biscuit, seem like they was only focus on drive thru orders! I’m a paying customer I order online so when I get there it would be ready, not start making it when I arrive, if that was the case I would of just use the drive thru, poor service, made me late for work! Never again

Just stopped to get an order of Bo rounds to snack on. Not only were they cold and old, But NO Body in that store at 2:30 in the afternoon seemed to care. Not the manager who was struggling with only idiot teenagers to work with, not the kitchen staff who continued to roll their eyes with their incompetent co workers not willing to make an effort, ALL could have cared less. ONLY visit this store when the morning shift is there. They seem to work harder, my food is always top notch (like I usually get in bigger city's), and the morning crew is pleasant and goes above and beyond has always been my experience. I will continue to stop at my fav breakfast place when I come through on my travels, just only in the morning time when I can count on good coffee and warm smiles delivering good hot food.

Grilled chicken wasn't ready for my sandwich but they gave me an estimate of how long the wait would be and it was accurate. I appreciate being notified in advance so I could have changed my order to avoid the wait. My sandwich was made exactly how I wanted it and the fries were seasoned well! Thank you!

Definitely needs some cleaning. If I saw the bathroom before I ate, I would not have been able to eat! The restaurant is gross, the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting!! Suggestion.....keep on going to another restaurant!! I hope we don't get sick....?Can't post pics or I would!
I have to change my review from five Stars to two stars. Today. I went and got the Bo chicken sandwich with fries and a soft drink. The fries were nice and hot however. Oversalted. The chicken sandwich was cold. The soft drink was fine. The staff was very friendly. Since it's lunch time. I thought I would get a hot sandwich but that wasn't the case. I don't have time to go back and ask for another.
Not bad, but double check everything in your order before you leave. I ordered a 20 piece variety feast today, they completely forgot to give me the 8-piece chicken after swearing everything was in the bags.

We went to store @ BELAIR RD. Would not allow customers in the building. Drive thru was wrapped around and cars backed up and just sitting. Whole parking lot of ppl left.

The best morning staff on this side of Georgia. The staff is always dressed accordingly, the staff is always courteous and delightful, and the food is always fresh and hot. I sit inside and eat daily and I wouldn’t go to another spot because you just don’t get customer service anymore like that staff providers at this location. They need more money if you ask me for the things I’ve witness them deal with. They always stay professional and keep on pushing.
