Had an issue where the manager himself gave my order to someone else. He then shrugs his shoulders and says "eh, i dont really care". Hes kind of a big guy with full dark reddish beard. So avoid him.

Donuts were fine, I just prefer donuts that are not so dense (cake-like). The cake type donuts overpower the glaze or icing. That's just a personal preference. Nothing specific to this store.

I’d recommend giving yourself at least a half hour to get through the line and order. Ive visited on different days around different time and I’ve pretty consistently experienced a lengthy wait time. I had placed a pick up order through the drive through and to see it that helped. When I arrived 15 minutes later, I still sat in a 20 minute long line. I’ve had awesome experiences with this location in the past so I’m holding out hope that this new wait time is temporary.

Filthy ordering screen in drive thru(dirty distorted plexiglass blocking menu). So filthy you cannot see drink menu. When i told them it was to flithy to read A.M. Manager on duty stated that there was nothing they could do and if you don't like it you can come inside to order. Then she proceeded to be extremely rude by constantly interrupting my order by saying "anything else repeatedly" over and over again. When I asked her to please stop asking me that and that I will tell her when I'm finished she got angry. management needs to ensure the crew is properly trained and if there is a visual impairment present that they accommodate there customers.The front drive thru worker explained that the manager rushes customers in the drive thru when they order at there location because they have a drive thru timer and they try to rush customers thru to meet a goal set by owners.
Only DD I've been to where the mobile pick up is on the other side of the regular pick up. Waited 15 mins for my order at the pick up window, completely ignored by everyone.

I can’t believe what happened to me and Dunkin’ Donuts today. I ordered an iced coffee with caramel cream and sugar and an egg sausage and cheese sandwich. They give me my coffee the gentleman there was in a drive-through told me my sandwich was gonna be A while why they make my sandwich there was cars behind me and drive-through so I told him I’m a go around by the time I come back it should be done and I’ll pick it up while I went around. There was two cars they’re ahead of me after those two cars had left I drove through the drive-through to pick up my egg sausage and cheese sandwich. The young lady that was there asked the young guy was her sandwich. Somebody took it so I told him forget it, and I took off I’ve been going to that Dunkin’ Donuts since it opened for the first time in my life I pay for a sandwich and didn’t get it. I wasn’t gonna wait so I took off. I hope they like the review I gave them.

The service here is fast and efficient, however the sweet tea seems more like sugar water lately. Also when I order the wake up wraps, it would be better to pack them individually so that way the flour tortillas don’t stick together. When packed together, it makes them difficult to eat while driving.
