My grandson stopped on Saturday 4/21/24 to get me a taco salad! When he got all the way home (Harlem) it didn’t have the chili…. It was really pathetic!!! Sunday he stopped by to tell them & get another salad. He was met with rudeness & flat out lies!!!! They said they didn’t have chili! Really??? They couldn’t have said that & he wouldn’t pay for a Partial salad! I was so upset, I intend to call the corporate office Monday! I also want my money back!!!

Honestly,this Wendy’s just needs to close. Drive through times are constantly 20+ minutes. The staff is usually rude and orders are always wrong. Don’t bother ordering online to make things easier because they just screw it up even more. The manager of this place needs to get a grip on their employees and really get it together. They don’t give any of their workers any tools for success because they are constantly understaffed. Just skip it and go down to McDonald’s

I went to south belair Rd location in Martinez, Ga at 1:30 pm I got the biggie bag jr bacon cheeseburger with no mayo add mustard, fries, chicken nuggets, and a Dr Pepper.. the burger wasn’t to bad but the fries and chicken nuggets was cold wasn’t even warm and the Dr Pepper just tasted flat … that was a waste of money, and I will no longer come back yall need to stop worrying about speed and start caring about quality

Every time I order through the mobile app, this Wendy’s takes at least 15 minutes to get the order together after I’ve arrived. Today, there’s not a single car in the drive thru. I arrived 13 minutes after placing my order online, and they immediately tell me to pull forward to a spot to wait. I’ve been waiting 10 minutes longer right now. I’m sure it’ll be another 10 before I get food brought out to me in the empty parking lot so no one sees a car sitting in the drive thru on camera.

I've always enjoyed Wendy's Spicy Chicken sandwiches, more than any other fast food restaurants spicy chicken sandwiches. The interior is very nice, clean, and spacious. No complaints at all regarding my brief visit to this
The people at the window are nice but the cooks might be petty. I ordered a chicken sandwich no Pickles and I wanted the chicken cooked fresh. They put 8 Pickles on the sandwich. No they weren't busy so I can only assume this was intentional.

The Workers are liars. Went to Wendy's to dine in. The door said walk around to the other side to the other door and it was locked as well SMH. went through the drive Thru and asked what time the lobby closes she responded 10 pm. I asked then why is doors locked she responded the door is broken, so how are the customers getting out. This isn't the first time they have Locked the doors during open lobby hours.

My husband is deaf in one ear and they were so rude to him about not being able to hear them clearly through the speaker. Even went as far to deny his frosty tag for the free frosty & purpose left off the stuff that comes with the baked potatoes he paid for and ordered.
Door was unlocked but was told the dining room was closed. I get but do better.
