I had to pick up from this location for door dash. I would not eat there myself The front counter is Atrocious. Been a restaurant manager my whole life. I would be absolutely ashamed to put my name on this. In the opinion of your customer , if the counter looks this bad. My god, what does the kitchen look like.

I ordered a 20 piece wings (sweet Asian heat) the sauce taste spoiled it’s like sweet and salty and like something bad it literally made me want to gag and taste weird I had my ranch all in the sause ??♀️! Applebees has better wings and better quality please go try and take the hint .!

So the lady who just posted the review about fighting employees is a total lie! She threw food at 2 16 year olds, and basically was agging them on and making threats…. She got a whole citation from the police… they have a full video…. And if you were pregnant why endanger your child’s life, be aggressive, disrespectful, and thought you were going to beat up 2 young girls who rocked you… and I’m also pressing charges on you for even touching my child… Defaced their property… broke the stores screen throwing stuff…. All because of fries, that they fixed… guess pregnancy got your hormones all over the place. You should really be ashamed! But anyway the food is always fresh and good.

I went to this American Deli today. Im 4 months pregnant and was attacked and jumped by 2 of the employees. They got angry with me because I told them that my order was incorrect and started to be disrespectful, curse and argue with me. They preceded to throw stuff at me and it went back and forth then the 2 girls came From behind the counter and attacked. The owner stood by and watched the altercation and attack. Other customers helped me. And the owner decided at the end he wasnt going to refund me or give my money back. I will be taking legal actions

I ordered the 5 piece wings with a side salad and a peach lemonade combo. The salad was pretty big (since my order was to go I added a few things at the house to jazz it up a bit) and the ingredients were fresh. My peach lemonade was great, and my wings were ok. I’m sure they’re park cooked for speed if service but mine seemed a little over cooked. They were slightly tough. The flavors were there, but the wing needed some ranch to rehydrate the meat ?? Would I go again? Sure it’s fast food.

Call to place a pick up order and spoke with Miss Destiny. She had excellent customer service. I arrive to pick up my order and was immediately greeted. Miss Destiny gave great customer service order was ready when I arrived 10 out of 10 recommend

Absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I waited 45 mins for my food while people walked in and out with their food. When I walked to the counter to show my receipt, the young lady went to the back to speak with the manager, he tried to give me a container that was just sitting back there. By the fryer as they didn't know who order it was. I wasn't going to take that cold food so I ask for my money back. The manager turns his back and walk away like I was in the wrong. Never ever going back

Went to this establishment and the girls working here were loud , as if they were at a Lil baby concert kicking it backstage like 1 of the guys , not the girls. Nothing was prissy or professional. Also,the dining area was filthy . Here are the pics and pay attention to the American deli sign attached to the counter at the bottom. COMPLETELY RATCHET!! time for the inspector to pay a visit. Totally unsanitary!

Only good is duh wings and hit and miss wit the fried rice but Dey always hiring some goofy kids the girl with the glasses said I gotta pay for yum yum sauce when I just bought a 30 pieces with only two blue cheese at that with a large chicken fried rice i hurt her feelings now who laughing goofy looking stoopid telling a customer to pay for yum yum sauce these owners are the ones training the goofy works to do stuff like this but hey imma buss these wings up and rice ?

The food is always delicious and cooked to perfection. I usually get the wing or philly combo and they are always great. My mother likes their whiting fish also and it looks pretty tasty. The cashiers are friendly also and ordering online is made easy. My food is always ready at the time they say it will be. Lunch time is pretty busy, but that’s expected.

Ordered 3 meals, none of them was right. The manager refused to remake or refund me at first, and proceeded to yell because I paid so i want me food right, or give my money back. They have the worse customer service ever, i will never go here again. They should be shut down.
