To the gentleman getting cursed out by the employee at the register for other patrons to witness on Thursday 4/18 around noon. She was wrong. Next time spend your money elsewhere. You didn't deserve that.However,Customer service in drive through was great. I had to run inside because there was a minor error with my order that was corrected with no hesitation by the drive through person.

My first time at this restaurant it was horrible. The bean was salty and the chicken wasnt cooked all the way and the mac and cheese was OVER COOKED. Management (socall)Need to be re trained very unprofessional... They will NEVER GET money from me!!!! Ask for refund I was denied that...

TERRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK FOR General MANAGERS GO IN AND CHANGE TIME YOU WORKED TO PAY YOU LESS. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Told me I was making 1 thing turns out I was getting paid less than that. HORRIBLE.

The lady in the drive thru was a bit Robotic but the food is always good at this location. This was my first Bojangles experience and I wasn't disappointed with the freshness of the food. I went to another Bojangles closer to my house after my visit here, it was not the same. This location has food prep down, so this will be my place to come when I have a hankering for Bojangles.

Went through the drive thru yesterday morning at 8 something the steak biscuit cold the bo round cold gave 1 pack of ketchup had to go back and ask for more ketchup and the damn manager act like she had a problem if you don’t want to work then don’t come fast food is so damn sorry especially with the people just know customers service they act like it’s their product ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️

Service was ok at the drive-thru. The biscuit was soft and hot. However, after having to wait for my 2 wings. They weren't properly cooked. Chicken was not done throughout. It was cooked to a golden crisp on the outside, but the inside was pink, and the meat was obviously not cooked all the way.

Placed an online order on 2/3 for an all white meat combo with regular chicken. Picked up and it was in a sealed box, got home and it was all hot chicken and mixed. Two employees working that night, emailed a complaint to Bojangles with of course no response. Just go somewhere else, if you do place an online order, check it before you leave the store.

Manager tried to Job shame me as a door dash driver. Saying get a “real job” then called the cops on me ? I came back to the restaurant and talk to the cops. Explained what happen. They said just don’t take the orders anymore and report her ?
